Absolutely horrible/disgusting. I try giving you guys a chance back to back because you are the closest to my job but at this point I’ll travel farther. You guys never fail to do it WRONG. I use to work for dunkin I know what the hell a coffee should look like. I got a (well I’ll just post the pics) and you tell me if that number matches with how DARK MY COFFEE IS. And might I add literally disgusting. If I wanted a BLACK COFFEE id ask for that. The Cream was NONEXISTENT as well as the flavor of FRENCH VANILLA. Not only did you guys once again screw over the drink. But I asked for a CROISSANT WITH EGG YELLOW CHEESE AND BACON. (I will post pics) PLEASE TELL ME IS THIS THAT? I think not. Absolutely ridiculous. If you guys can order anywhere else DO SO. At this point I don’t know if it’s the morning staff or just everyone in general. But disgusting. Over All – GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worst location to go to. They don’t know how to work in a busy hour. I waited a long time for one sandwich, once I received it, it was cold. Bun was cold, cheese was cold and not even a sorry for the long wait. Just terrible service all together.

So I went to this location Sunday morning of last week and had ordered 50 munchkins online (hoping to get the purple bucket). When I arrived, my 50 count munchkins were in two 25 boxes and when I inquired about the bucket since I ordered the 50 munchkins, I was told by the employee it cost extra. I said according to online, it’s free with a purchase of 50 munchkins, to which she replied that management is coming down hard on them about the buckets (all while a bucket was being used for their tips). Fast forward to this morning, my husband went to get breakfast for the kids and myself. He ordered me a multigrain bagel with cream cheese and this is what I got when he got home. Really?! So I paid extra for the cream cheese and LUCKILY I had some at home and was able to use it or this would not have been edible. Will not be returning and we have been life long Palm Springs residents and used to come to this location often.

BEWARE and make sure to check your food if you proceed to come to this Dunkin! This roach was embedded into my croissant sandwich, I went back to the restaurant to show this picture and the physical sandwich as I was disgusted. Asked for a manager and her response was “it probably wasn’t from here and was just in the bag”. In my head I wonder where the bag comes from. The roach was dead onto the sandwich. No apology given, just simply said it was in the bag…. I gladly got my refund and will never stop at this Dunkin due to food and service.

My gf wanted coffee and her dog Chonga is my shotgun rider whenever I go on a coffee run. We ordered 2 donuts, 2 Lates, and 2 bagels totaling over $20. When the manager gave me my food, I pointed to Chonga who was anxiously watching me from the car and asked for a shot of whip cream for her. Starbucks calls it a Puppuccino and it’s always free. It’s very clever marketing as of course, most people who want to treat their dog will also order for themselves too! Every Dunkin’ Donuts I go to including this one gives it to me when asked with no problem. Today when I asked the manager for the whipped cream she said I had to pay $1. After explaining to her how I got 1 from this very store yesterday she offered to give it to me “this time.” Unfortunately there won’t be a next time and I’ll go to one of the other 50 stores in this area that know how to treat man’s best friend. Right Chonga?

You can have your fancy foreign-named coffee drinks … I’ll take my DD coffee any old day. My personal favorite snack is anything on a croissant. As far as donuts and bagels are concerned, I’d rather have a coffee roll. Great way to start the day.
