I always come here. But today was enough. It’s not the first time. I got spoiled milk on my ice coffee. And my bacon egg and cheese wrap wasn’t warm at all. Felt always as if they don’t care. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

i was in the drive thru line for 10 minutes they handed me 2 other orders before they even made mine i asked the lady do it with lemonade not green tea and she still made it with green tea in front of my face , there’s also a bite in my ham and swiss croissant , im so for real bye i wish i was kidding anyway no bueno as u can see in the photo no extra piece of the sandwich to be found so it is not digested in someone’s system … not to mention i was extremely patient and nice to them i know how sunday mornings can be …

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
I just walked in a moment ago. Mid-afternoon. There was no one in the drive thru and no one in line inside. When I approached the counter, an employee walked up to the register, but she never made eye contact with me. She was laughing and joking with the other girl who was behind the counter, around 10 feet away. She was talking quietly because they were both wearing headsets, but the language sounded like French-Creole. I tried to be patient and wait until they finished their conversation so I could place my order, but about a minute or more in, they were showing no signs of stopping so I just left. I walked over to the Walgreens directly next door and bought a $2 lemonade instead of the $5 Refresher I was going to buy from Dunkin. If I was the owner of this particular Dunkin Donuts, I’d fire the girls and hire someone who actually wants to earn a paycheck.

Food and service is almost always terrible. They always get my order wrong ((example; I order an iced coffee with 1 Splenda and 3 cream and get 2 Splenda and 1 cream. another example I order a sausage egg and cheese and receive only the bread and an egg)) and they have forgotten my orders a few times, complete waste of my time and I have to re-order again.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for four months now and the new staff that’s there is quite amazing. When I come through the drive-through nothing but smiles from the window and have a great day or please and thank you when I tell you this is the most polite group that they’ve had. I want this to continue. It makes me excited about coming to Duncan. I look forward to Handing them my phone to scan my points for Dunkin app and going to the next window and grabbing my things and being told to have a great day it literally is a great start to my day. Keep it up guys. The staff that you have is nothing short of amazing

Nothing is ever done properly. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted … I got a burnt bagel no cream cheese and I was charged for it . I order a chicken croissant and the don’t put the cheese . I WOULDNT ORDER HOT FOOD BUT THEY NEVER HAVE DONUTS … or if they do it’s 1/2 selections . It’s pathetic . My coffee is also never right they either don’t put anything or make up they own amount of added ingredients. My coffee is normally always to sweet and looks like milk when I ask for 1 pump of sweetener in the flavor of French vanilla … and this is normally on my way to work overnight at the hospital but I have to find a new place to eat because they are PATHETIC @ everything .

Rude cashier with glasses and other employees say it was no bags when we saw a few on the table that comes with a drink . They grabbed the bags and said it was for them if we’re customers and spending our money if the bag comes free with a purchase of a drink why not give it to us .

Staff was friendly. The food was great. The first time tasting this avocado with roasted tomato.
