Horrible experience today. The employee who took my order and gave me my food at the drive-thru had horrible attitude. For some reason, she chose to be rude and mean because they had a lot going on during the morning rush. I understand that, but there’s no need to take it out on loyal customers. All I asked was to please scan my discount tickets and she flat out refused to do so. When I asked her to explain, she just kept saying “because we can’t” so when I asked her to please take my order correctly (scan the 2 tickets) she said no. She just did not want to help me. Turns out, that was the manager. Horrible leadership. I am never one to complain or blame employees, but this experience truly changed how I feel about Dunkin. I have never had such terrible customer service experience. She does not know how to do her job. I am not visiting again.

If I could give zero starts I would. In my 37 years I have never encounter bad service the way I did at this location. Manager which I think her name was Rosa had a terrible attitude was rude and couldn’t even hand you the food she would just throw it on the counter. She wouldn’t speak and when she did it was disrespectful not to mention she had her kid with her during the job. If you want bad service and to get disrespected this is the place to go. If good service is what you’re looking for stay away from this place

The manager is very rude. My mom and her friends frequent this location very often and have nothing but bad reviews about the manager she speaks very disrespectfully and never says thank you or a simple sorry to the customers.

This place is literally a hit or miss! Some days they will get your order right and other days they completely miss the mark. They don’t have enough employees working which results in early store closing. I don’t have faith in the drive thru anymore so I just walk in! DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER!!! You will regret it!!!!

My bagel twist was totally burnt. I would never eat this and I don’t think anyone else would either. Too bad I got all the way to work with my burnt breakfast. No time to return it. Do better Dunkin. People don’t have time to be returning burnt food.

There was a Black Young Lady via Drive Thru she was AWESOME… Thank you… She explained the difference in one of the coffee and because she explained it the way I ordered it came out Great… Thank you again.

Stopped in around 4pm. I said hello to the cashier to which there was no response, ok whatever, so I ordered an egg and bacon croissant. There was no one else in the shop so it did get prepared quickly. The woman who made the croissant comes out of the kitchen, snaps a bag open, shoves the croissant in and tosses it on the counter, then just slowly walks away. I said thank you, loud enough so she and the cashier could hear me but alas, no response from either. So customer service skills are not a priority for those two, I guess. Btw…the croissant was way overcooked, soggy and chewy.
