Today (11/5/2025) around 5:15 AM, I pulled into the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me, yet I waited almost 10 minutes just to place an order. That delay alone was frustrating and unusual.

Once I finally reached the speaker and then the window, I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I got to the window, there was clear confusion, and I was asked yet again what I ordered. At this point, I was already running late for work and trying to stay calm.

Despite repeating a very simple order, I was still given the wrong items. I made a quick U-turn and went inside, where all three employees were still confused. One employee became aggravated and walked away.

I requested a refund and was told only a manager could issue one, so I will be returning tomorrow with the incorrect coffee.

I really wish Dunkin’ Donuts would train their staff better. Coffee isn’t something people want mistakes with especially at these prices. I work in healthcare, and coffee is often the best part of my day. Unfortunately, this experience started my day off on a very rough note.

Been coming to this location almost EVERY day & the evening staff is wonderful. Always greeted by name especially by two very hard working dedicated employees sierra & Trevor. Our coffee is always fresh & hot & made exactly how we enjoy it!! Also I must say you are fortunate to have two very hard working members of your staff who constantly are serving your drive in with such efficiency plus as I sit & enjoy my beverage they never stand idle & are always cleaning both the lobby , wiping & filling the equipment, arranging the bakery items etc. I felt it necessary that their performance & dedication to their jobs be recognized.

This Dunkin is one of the worst, slowest, and lack customer service. They never wear gloves and one of the guys fingernails are always so dirty This morning I’ve placed my order pick up at 10 mins before picking it up. I get to the drive through to let the lady know I’m picking up and she said to drive up, the minute I get to the window she disappears and never came back to the window, to which I had to leave my whole order because I couldn’t risk being late for work because she never came back out. Keep in mind this was 4:45am and I place my order at 4:32am so I couldn’t go in to get my order. I also seen the order just sitting on the counter at the pick up station. This is honestly the worst Dunkin and the lady in the morning seems to always have an attitude

Stopped here for a cup of coffee and a muffin just before 8am. The drive thru line was out on Boynton Beach Blvd. I went to the next opening which brought me around the building. I unfortunately had to walk over. The workers inside were extremely busy but pumping out orders as quickly as they could. I had 3 people in front of me and the line went extremely fast. I was greeted with a big smile as I placed my order. My order was fulfilled very quickly and correctly. I’d definitely return to this location again.

Ordered a caramel latte with extra cream and sugar (I know a latte comes with milk, I always get 1-2 pumps extra cause I like it sweet!!) was then mocked about my order and then when I received my latte, it was just milk with coffee. Not coffee with milk. No caramel. I don’t like this Dunkin’ location at all

I only ever get my large hot coffee with cream and sugar but it always tastes fresh and is hot. The drive thru lane moves quickly at 430-5am and the ladies are very friendly and pleasant.

Hair on donut (see pic), girl at the front counter handling donuts has her hair EVERYWHERE, should be pulled back at least when handling food, employees calling customers “bitches” had to have my latte re made TWICE because I had pure milk and no espresso, the manager said he’d have to charge me a $1.29 to re make it a third time which I thought was crazy because I have to pay because you and your 2 other employees can’t make a latte?! That’s insane! So I just asked for my money which he gladly gave back but service was horrible, the experience was unsatisfying, I’ll NEVER come back to this location & spend a penny, and I’ll be sure to let everyone else know! Also I’ll be calling corporate about this whole situation because the manager didn’t handle the situation well AT ALL! I feel they should be trained to de escalate these situations but he made the situation worse than what it was. Spent over $40 on coffee and food, all the food was cold and soggy

The one taking the order is too busy talking to the one making the drinks, I ordered drinks with whipped cream and when I get to the window there’s no whipped cream, so I asked “can I get whipped cream on those” my response was “you should of ordered that at the screen” with a nasty attitude. so I proceed to tell her that I did ask for it at the screen sorry if you didn’t hear that. She then responded with “well I’m not even wearing the headset” . LMAO so you don’t even know what I asked for ? But going to tell me how to order it. Also to tell me I’m wrong when I just watched the lady in front of me also get her order wrong is WILD. Stop running your mouth so much and just pay attention. It’s not that hard hun.
