I have to say the staff here is amazing. This place stays super busy with a staff of 6 people it is incredible how they all work as one machine in perfect harmony taking orders, preparing them, greeting customers as they arrive. The place is kept clean even though one can expect it not to be since they are so busy.
To the owners, this is a great team you have here. I visit several food places, not only Dunkin Donuts and I can tell you this team you have in the mornings are super stars. Don’t ever neglect them. Fining this quality of employees is very rare now-a-days.
If the system would allow me to give them 10 stars, I would.

The morning crew idk who you are but my medium butter pecan ice coffee was amazing thank you for taking your time, I rarely give out great ratings because customer service is so poor now days! Everything was a 5/5 customer service and my products 1/24/26 at 10:57am is the crew I’m applauding I haven’t had a great cup of coffee like that in a while you all made my morning thank you

I’m not sure what happened to this place over the course of the month of December but it is at a rapid decline, slower than ever, they won’t make the coffee correct. These new workers are not adjusting to the speed dunkin needs to run at. I have been late every day for two weeks for this. I am there two maybe three times a day and I will not be going any more. The level of frustration to not even getting the coffee correct when I finally get it is enough to stop me. Dunkin do better I’m from mass and this would never fly home. We are no longer running on dunks

After waiting 25 minutes to finally place my order in the drive-through, the person working tried to give me an incorrect order and did not believe me when I said it wasn’t my order. She said did you get a Matcha latte? I responded no. She looked at me confused and bewildered and asked me to tell her my order. I gave her my order and she responded with. Are you sure you didn’t order a Matcha latte? I left with nothing. avoid this place at all costs.

Takisha has amazing customer service. I love the coffee recommendations on the flavor. I like Takisha has attention to detail when making my coffee. The store is brand new and very clean. This Dunkin rocks! They are consistent, fast and are super nice. All of them. All the girls at the window. Sayra, and the others. I come every morning to this location in Boynton bc I know the line will move quickly and there won’t be any mess ups. From the outside you can tell they have fun and work well together. They take their jobs seriously.

Great place for a good quality fast food breakfast, I love the ice mocha coffee, you can buy bagels, croissant, donuts of course, ice cream,great service and fast, this place have drive thought so if you are in a hurry this is very helpful, you can also buy big amounts of coffee they will provide you with the box to take out. Colorful place and very pleasant to stay in.
