I made a pick-up order. Not satisfied with food I received and the staff’s efficiency. I went in and found out that my order was not ready. 30 minutes later, they were chatting and talking to customers while ignoring me. I asked one staff and she gave me an attitude! Then I tried to speak to another staff but she focused on another customer. All because it is hard for them to communicate with me because I am hearing impaired. Not professional and not ethical! I am not coming back!

⭐️ 1 Star — If I could give zero, I would.

I am so over this Dunkin’. The customer service was absolutely trash from the second I walked in. The employee acted like taking my order was ruining their whole life, rolled their eyes at me, and then rushed me like I was bothering them.

But the part that sent me?
They literally kept my change.
Not “forgot,” not “accidentally didn’t hand it back” — no, they straight up took it and moved on to the next person like nothing happened.

I shouldn’t have to chase down my own money after I paid for my order. That’s wild.

The vibe was rude, the service was slow AND disrespectful, and the fact that an employee felt bold enough to pocket my change is insane. Do better. This location seriously needs a whole reset.

I work close by so come here every once in a while and haven’t had issue until today. How do you give someone a Chicken Croissant without the chicken…? Like come on guys. And I can’t go back, I had no time. This sandwich is just sad.

We tried to use the drive thru but couldn’t get the staff to stop talking to each other long enough to hear our order correctly. So, then we proceeded to go inside and we’ll even right in front of this group they couldn’t quite focus long enough to get it right. This was certainly disappointing but the coffee itself seemed recently brewed and for that we are grateful.

We have come here on at least 3-4 separate occasions and this one was the worst. Every time, we have had to change our orders because they don’t have bagels, strawberries, or certain types of milk.
This time was different because it’s a Saturday, the weekend, 8:50 am, and they don’t have bagels??? Breakfast time on weekends should have the store FULLY stocked and ready. I don’t know who is doing inventory or ordering for the store but they need to be FIRED.

Horrible service and I really bad attitude. They were out of medium cup and they ended up telling me that they have to charge me extra large because they’re out of cup. when I get the coffee, there were something inside of it and I told them that I would like to refund and I gave the coffee back to them and they are telling me that you have to come back next day when the manager is in the office to do the refund, and the woman who was taking my order at the end was cursing me

This is for MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE, STORE OWNERS. You need to SERIOUSLY reevaluate who you having working at this location. The DISPROPORTIONATE, DISTURB, UNSTABLE lady LONDA that works the window needs to be FIRED. I and my family have tired mutiple times to be polite and understanding of having to work in customer service but EVERY time we come to this location it ALWAYS ends on a NEGATIVE note. Im not sure if she is a Manager or just a employee but she is COSTING this location MONEY every hour you have her there. She needs to be removed ASAP. Service and attitude is UNPROFESSIONAL and frankly disgusting.

You never know what you’re going to get! They gotten better in the last 6months after much complaining and exchanging of owners, so I’m hoping there is change. The food is tough but the coffee is cool. They can also use help on the a.m shift. The video I’m sharing below is after the change. I was happy to see donuts when I walked in because there barely were any.
