I ordered from Door dash here yesterday. The order was wrong. The food was burnt. I had to discard every single one of them except the only one drink they got right. This location is a hot mess. It’s so inconsistent. I tried a few more times to give them a chance but it’s never the correct order . You have got to get it together, Dunkin. It’s a lot of competition out there. I wish you good luck moving forward. As for me, I won’t be coming here anymore. I do not recommend. Dear customers, Go somewhere else where your hard earned money is appreciated

First bad review all because of associate, but I believe he was supervisor/manager. Went into the store with a friend her niece and my granddaughter because they wanted donuts. First time I paid before picking out my donuts anyways I asked the guy you pay before getting your donuts he says something like so if someone comes in they can be served and I can get my donuts and go ok, I said humm ok Ipaid for a dozen donuts. Now they did not have any plane glazed, picked out the donuts I asked him how much more he said 2 picked out my 2, he closed the box hand it to me, I then asked for a donut bag, he gave me 4 small donut bag. We then exit the store got into the car opened the.box to take out my friend niece donut when I saw 9 donuts, I said to my friend I paid for one dozen and its only 9 in the box. So I took the box back into the store and let him know its only 9 and I paid for a dozen he told me it was 12.donuts in there so I said what I did eat 3 donuts from walking out the store to the car, he said well you asked for a bag. I’m a grown woman why would I take out 3 donuts of all thing. So that store will not see me in there again. Will drive a distant going g forward.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is run beautiful. Emily is the manager and makes sure the store is spotless. The bathroom are also. Her staff always say good morning and if you go often they get your order ready as you walk in. Friendly atmosphere. Affordable food and very clean!

6:15 in the morning and the lobby is still locked ( they open at 5) . Cool whatever , I go to the drive thru and the employee just says dunkin …OK? Yup I know where I am . I order and get to the window he doesnt say a word to me , just hands me my 6 donuts and closes the window .

In the past 2 weeks there has been such a huge change in staff and quality. I have had to ask my coffee that I’ve been getting every day for a year to be remade multiple times when I never had to do that before. Today the new manager was yelling at his employees while we sat at the window and the staff is overall disrespectful to eachother. This location needs a culture change and better training on consistency overall

Well to begin with I went through the drive-thru with a pretty simple order two egg bacon and cheese wake up wraps and a hot cocoa when I got to the window I paid the $12.79 when I got looking at the receipts they charged me for hash browns whipped cream and I didn’t order either of that stuff so upon telling them on their mistake and after giving them a dollar tip he gave me back $2 in cash I don’t know if that was right or not because they never returned my receipt when I got home approximately a mile and a half away I proceeded to eat my Wake-Up Wrap and there was no egg on either one of them so I had to go back and go in the store and wait for 10 minutes to get my egg bacon and cheese wake up wraps so I will never revisit that store terrible service if they can screw up a little simple order like that I couldn’t imagine if I ordered seven or eight items.

I went to the drive thru and was not acknowledged. I waited for a while and then said hello …. I received a rude response “give me a minute “. We ended up leaving after we started providing our order because the individual was non responsive . We visited this location multiple times and tired of the poor service. We will not return to this location.

WHAT IS IT WITH THIS STOREEEEE EVERYTHING I GET HOT CHOCOLATE ITS A HIT OR MISS, WHY DID I GET COFFEE???? Drink not made correctly asked for less ice. Manager also wanted to charge for extra matcha scoop but gave a courtesy. Never had a problem at any other Dunkin’ Donuts. I’d gladly go to the other Dunkin donuts locations and not this one
