My experience there was TERRIBLE. The store manager there NAOMI was very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I was placing an order in the drive through and I didn’t see what I usually get on the menu so I asked the man I was speaking to about the item and he said they still sold it. When I asked him to say what’s in it, (becuase I haven’t ordered it in months, and I know there’s different versions of it), she aggressively took the mic and spoke loudly and abrasively, not even answering my question. Because of that, I didn’t even order food. And then after the horrible interaction she had the nerve to yell THANK YOU. When I pulled up to the window. The other employees were kind but they were happy to know that I stated I would reach out to corporate because this seems to be a common behavior for Ms NAOMI. In my opinion, it is in the best interest of this company to remove this nasty individual from this job. She dam sure shouldn’t be calling herself a manager.

The doughnut hole are honestly my favorite, I like to get the assorted variety but some flavors I’m not really a big fan of. The vanilla ice coffee is always bomb and the hash browns somehow also has a bacon flavor to it so it kinda like that honestly. Overall the glaze donuts are my go to but sometimes they can be a little dry

30 seconds standing at the counter. No one said a word. One person finally looked at me like, what do you want. I asked for ice for the coffee I mobile ordered. She handed me the ice. Not a peep. What happened to customer service. I won’t be back here for a long while. Btw, I said thank you for the ice.

This is the first time my wraps looked like this. My coffee had no hazel nut milk, written on the order. Sisters were talkin laughing. Burning and not completing orders. I mean hey. Shout out to Nate for helping me out. Awesome customer service. He was extremely polite. There was a bit of wait, when I got to the counter he apologized kindly for the wait time a d was able to get my order in time. It’s service like Nates and everyone that has worked there that I’ve come in contact with that make my day that much better with their attitude.. thanks again and bug the way you guys forgot to put The whipped cream on the pumpkin spice latte… no biggie though.

Horrible service, . I don’t even know where to begin. One time I showed up an hour before closing and they refused to make me coffee because they said their machines were down. Reality was they didn’t want to clean up again because they were 1 foot out the door.
Another time they told me that they couldn’t take my cash because the registers have been closed.
Another time I asked for my receipt and they said their printer is broken. I asked for the manager or the manager is nowhere to be found.
Another time I asked them for something that’s supposed to be on the menu. She had no idea what I was talking about but as soon as I got to the drive-through window, there was a picture of it right there.
I never get a smile and never get a thank you. I think it’s horrible service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Dunkin’ Donuts today. We walked in and waited for a full 10 minutes without a single employee bothering to greet us or take our order. Instead, I watched the staff sitting in the customer chairs, glued to their phones like they didn’t have a care in the world. No acknowledgment, no service—just pure laziness. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored
