I ordered a croissant with sausage and egg from Dunkin’ today. Unfortunately, the croissant turned out to be overcooked, and about one quarter was missing altogether — as if it had stuck to the oven and part of it remained there.
I also ordered ice cappuccino. The employee asked if I needed an espresso shot. I clarified: “Would that be better?” to which she simply turned away and told her colleague in Spanish that I didn’t understand anything. Unfortunately for her, I understand a little Spanish, and it was frustrating.
I didn’t like the cappuccino either — the ice was completely crushed, as if it had been whipped in a blender. It is impossible to drink through a straw. I drank a large glass in 4 sips — the drink turned out to be watery iced coffee.
I ask the administration to pay attention to the quality of the food, service and communication between the staff and customers. I hope the situation improves.

The staff was nice and the food was fresh. The coffee tasted fantastic. some dunkins coffee are burnt….not this one. 10/10 spot for dunkin.

This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts. It is run poorly, the parking is horrendous in a strip mall that needs a major overhaul, the restaurant is small and cramped, the employees pay no attention to you when you walk in, and you can be sure that your order will be wrong when you get it.

I stop here frequently in the morning before work. Usually has a few people in line but it moves fairly quickly. Today no one was in line when I arrived but servers were both standing there doing something. I wasn’t spoke to for another few minutes after I started staring like is no one going to take my order. Cashier wasn’t polite she wasn’t rude just very bland. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon croissant, hash browns, glazed donut, and a orange juice. Hash browns were undercooked and sandwich was over cooked bread was too crispy and not croissant like. Looked in my donut bag once I got to work. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and they gave me one with sprinkles. I hate sprinkles!

First of all there was basically nowhere to sit
My egg sandwich was burned
The iced coffee had so much sugar it was impossible to drink even though I usually love iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts
And on top of all that the place was very dirty

We popped and ordered a box of 12 doughnuts . The variety was very good, fresh and yummy . We also ordered some cold drinks, and there were exactly what the doctor ordered for Miami. It was really hot weather, was like 90 degrees.

I have been coming here for years since I live close by. Mornings with the kids and after school for fun. Most recently a young guy who claimed to also be the manager named Jacobe was the rudest I had ever encountered at this location. There was some form of a mixup with my online order and Jacobe would not even view my confirmation email. I had to re-order my donuts for my daughter’s party and they didn’t even have enough to cover what I ordered. it wouldn’t Have been so bad if the service was decent, but for Jacobe to be a manager, he needs better customer service skills, but from the moment I walked in and asked about my order. He seemed uninterested in helping anyway, so if a donut shop isn’t where He’s happy he should probably find somewhere else to work.

I ordered a large cappuccino with SKIM MILK, my receipt said skim milk and the sticker on the cup said skim milk, I was waiting for about 5 minutes until the older lady started making my coffee, the pick up area is right next to the their coffee station and I see the older lady pouring whole milk into the silver cup thing is that goes to the frother, and continuing to pump syrup and the coffee to my to go cup, so I approached her kind of second guessing myself very politely saying “Hi, sorry, I ordered cappuccino with skim milk but I see it’s warming whole milk” she turned around to me with the biggest attitude looking into my eyes saying “…I KNOW.. I know!!!” I felt so bad I was thinking oops that’s someone else’s milk so I said oh ok thanks, a minute later she then pours that warm whole milk I saw and told her about, into my cup and hands it to me. I was shocked, I said thanks and she answered back “you’re welcome”. I took a picture of the milk she used and it’s without a doubt WHOLE MILK.
It defeats the purpose that you want skim milk and behind your back you get something else, I am now doubting if I always get whole milk. Very rude, and not ok.
