I’ve tried giving this location several chances, but after three visits with the same issues, it’s clear that the staff urgently needs proper training.
You order your coffee without sugar, and they hand it to you with sugar. You ask for a sandwich without bacon, and they add bacon anyway. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a simple mistake — it feels like a consistent pattern at this store.
On top of that, the milk tastes old, flat, and without any foam, and everything ends up overly sweet even when you don’t ask for it. The entire experience reflects a lack of attention, training, and basic quality standards.
I do not recommend this location until the service and product quality are improved.

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts frequent because my mother lives nearby. Every time I go there’s a problem. Nobody in the store takes 20 minutes in the drive-through with no cars in front of me for somebody to take my order. They tell me to hold on two or three times then they tell me not to drive up to the window until they flag me too. Takes 20 minutes to get your food. Today I tryed to go inside to order my food, person that cash register doesn’t know much English could not take my order needed help which is fine. Maybe she’s new. Then a wait 10 mins, they read off the bag my order I’m assuming everything inside it was right, I get home and the order is completely wrong on top of it. Also taking 10 minutes with only one person in front of me. Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, it seems like they’re either shorter staff or have plenty of staff, but just takes forever to get your orders if you get it correct!

This experience was terrible. the line for the drive-thru had 10 cars I assumed it was because of the morning rush. Boy was I wrong. the line inside was short, but then i realized what the issue was; slow service, understaffed, and lack of customer service. and if that was the only thing that would be okay I don’t go to fast food places for the service I go there for FAST FOOD. 40 minutes for fast food is diabolical. now the bacon egg and cheese crossaint was pretty good, and so was the sweet black pepper crossaint good as well. but this is where I was so shocked I got COLD hash browns and the avocado toast had bacon that didn’t cover the entire area of the toast. at the very least if I had gotten in and out in 5 minutes I wouldn’t even care so much I’d just go back and ask for a fresh hash brown order and ask for more bacon but after spending 40 minutes there after going to a Vollyball game for my kid at 7:30 this morning I decided nope I’m just going home. if you’re running late, need a quick meal or want HOT has browns, this is not the place to go. NOT APPROVE

Day 2 of coming here and having a terrible experience yesterday I came approximately 5:45 the cashier was laughing and joking around with someone else and gave me the wrong order, how is that even possible if I only ordered 2 refreshers a large mango pineapple and a small strawberry dragon fruit both with heavy ice. Just horrible!!!
This morning before work I decided to try this location again against my better judgement I ordered a simple toasted plain bagel with cream cheese IT WAS NOT TOASTED DROWNING IN CREAM CHEESE come on now!!!! I literally live 4mins from this location and I would rather go to the Hallandale location because the service is always pleasant and the food is always cooked correctly as requested. They’re entirely more professional and they always tell me my total instead of me getting to the window and some young lady repeats my order but never gives me the correct total it’s giving deceptive. Never mind Theresa sign posted IF SOMEONE ASKS YOU TO PAY A DIFFERENT AMOUNT ASK FOR MANAGER. That doesn’t make any sense!!! Breakfast was ruined at Dunkin!!!

I do not recommend this store. On Sunday, February 22 at 1:20 PM, I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no response. When I pulled up to the window, I was completely ignored, even after knocking.
I came for a cappuccino and was not even given the chance to place my order. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

This Dunkin is probably one of the worst in the area. The staff is friendly but they move extremely slow. You will be in line for 30+ minutes, even if they’re no cars in front of you. They make you stop before arriving at the window, so their time clock won’t run. Also, they burn the hell out of your sandwich and coffee.

So I placed my mobile order online. because it says open at 5 AM, even on the door. I got there at like seven. I placed my order at seven and I waited in drive thru for like 10 minutes. No one was there along with other cars waiting so I decided to go inside the store, but the lights are off. The doors were locked. No one was inside, but yet they said they open at 5 AM. The door says it and mobile order online says it, and I cannot get my food that I paid for and also my points I redeemed.
