I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Dunkin’ location. The doughnuts often taste old and stale, like they’ve been sitting out far too long. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The woman working the counter consistently has a bad attitude and makes customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. She always seems miserable and acts like she hates being there. It really ruins the experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

This is definitely the place where you don’t want to be waiting for any of the 4 employees to help customers order at the kiosk. They have no initiative and respect for the more than 15 customers waiting in line to order, they are simply standing there waiting to receive the order from a deficient system, slow and complicated for many, wait more than 30 minutes to be able to place my order and then the same time to receive it, definitely the manager has to pay attention to his deficient staff and without energy to work

I have had multiple terrible experiences with this location. I love Dunkin and every single time I go to this location, something is wrong or missing. The coffee is either watered down or way too dark and they ARE MISSING ITEMS. This place sucks and is possibly the worst location in Miami.

This Dunkin’ donut is absurd! The majority of times I go, they are out of so many donuts it’s crazy. Today I went at 10am and they had no glazed munchkins I returned at 5:30pm and at first he said they had them but when I got to the payment window he said they “just ran out” which I don’t know if they never had them the entire day or got a shipment and actually ran out in the hours between my visit. They were also out of jelly, strawberry frosted and he charged me for a vanilla frosted but I never received that either, I was so annoyed I didn’t even check the bag I wouldn’t have purchased anything if I had known from the start there were no munchkins I would have just left like I did in the morning. It’s so disappointing the standard that is allowed to pass here. I got the apple cider cinnamon donut and it was truly pathetic, it did not have one sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on the outside, I included a picture to show the ridiculousness of this donut, not like the advertisement at all. And it would have been decent if it came with the sugar it was supposed to but without it, it was not worth it. I got two of those donuts and they both were the same so I know it wasn’t a one time fluke. It’s honestly unacceptable, that I can’t ever go to get simple glazed munchkins or anything else. I also tried to call the store twice before driving there to ask if they had glazed munchkins and of course they didn’t answer and I was sent to voicemail so I decided to make the trip anyways hoping they would have something and I was wrong, I should have known better because every time I go they are out, it’s more likely pigs would fly then for me to go to this Dunkin’ donuts store and actually find glazed munchkins, good service and good quality donuts.

Update 10/9/25 my croissant was cold it’s always cold cheese cold.
It’s 6 am and everything they sell here tastes old. Especially the #1 thing a donut. They are hard like it’s been sitting out for a long time. Bagels hard as rock not soft. Not from toasted but hard as old. And this is the thrid time in row in 3 days that everything is old. Never again. Plus everything shrunk in size. Donuts are tiny for $2.50 ! Bagels tiny as well. Never again!

This location is right off of 137 inside a smaller multi plaza area. I went through the drive-thru. I went there for a iced vanilla chai latte, which are good but very sweet. That’s the normal though so I know that
I saw something new on the menu called a Breakfast Taco . The calories were the lowest in that section of the menu so I decided to try it, it looked good.
They added bacon, which I didn’t ask for, but didn’t say anything, no big deal, I do like bacon .
The Breakfast Taco is good, but there’s not much that was put into the soft, slightly crispy flour shell. Probably why it’s got the low calories You get one taco by the way (the menu shows 2 but I figured it would be 1). Just an FYI on that.
It satisfied my need for a snack/small something.
I would buy another one.

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but honestly I don’t know why I go to this location. I probably won’t be going to any Dunkin location anymore. It’s not worth the hassle.
Recently, I placed an order for doughnuts on the mobile app. When I get there, they inform me that they have no doughnuts. How can they be out of doughnuts? It was Sunday 1p.
OK, please give me a refund. They said they cannot. Since I ordered through the app, I would need to cancel through the app. However, the support in the app was down. I tried later, and there were no live agents. I opened a case, and have been waiting 2 days for a response.
It should not be that difficult to cancel an order when they were out of stock.

Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The people here have absolutely no idea what ingredients belong in their drinks and will overcharge you if you don’t already know what the price should be.

Employees are great, they’ll rarely mess up your order. However, the intercom is absolutely atrocious. You’d have a better time talking through a tin can and a string. Also they only put sprinkles on one half of their donuts. I asked for a sprinkled donut man, not half a sprinkled donut. Artistic choice or not, what a rip off.

Quite literally the WORST Dunkin in the South Florida area. They consistently get orders wrong or just forget items altogether. 4 out of my last 5 orders had something wrong – and good luck with your drink because they rarely include a straw too. I regularly order Dunkin throughout the week from various locations as I move around a lot, and never have I encountered one that so consistently screws up orders.
