Your employee Quanteria id# 613725 was terrible. She made me wait 5 minutes at the counter and was very rude when she finally approached me. She went as far as asking why I was waiting at the counter when she clearly knew I was waiting to place an order. I asked she repeated my order three times and blatantly ignored by her. She purposely messed up my order. I will not not be returning. By the reviews of this location customer service is always poor.

If I could give a zero I would! I ordered through door dash and door dash was great the dunkin however was not. They forgot my cinnamon roll, gave us the wrong donuts, made 2 sandwiches on crossiants one was supposed to be a muffin and didn’t place any straws or napkins in the bag. Now I am trying to contact someone and they are not answering the phone. Poor customer service.

How can a place of sweets run out of whipped cream? Being proactive in order not to run out would be a good idea. The candy bar drink was horrible they added vanilla foam LOL and a PINCH of candy on the top. The chocolate-topping sprinkles donut was thrown upside down in the bag. These 2 ladies were such a hot mess. RIDICULOUS

I ordered from this store via door dash, the phone number to the store NEVER works and they sold me stale bagels and literally 4 hash browns instead of a full order. DO NOT order from here if you’re expecting quality or accountability!

I found a cockroach inside the package that the donut came with, I bought a cold coffee and a donut, I returned to the place to get my money back because of the disgusting experience and the lady who had treated me normally before started to say that it was impossible that there was that animal there. An African-American man who works there treated me badly by showing him the insect inside the bag and told me to get out of here. Afterwards he took a photo of me as if to intimidate me without my authorization for telling the truth, I told the lady to give me the bag so I could take photos and send it to the management and at all times she refused to give me the bag with the cockroach inside and she got angry. As a victim, saying that you are yelling at him. Very bad behavior from those people. If someone has a similar experience, they will experience more bad treatment when complaining like me. The place seems clean but in a situation like this you will have a very bad experience. It’s like in the videos on the internet that start treating you badly as if they were guilty and wanted to cover up what was wrong. I do not recommend this place because of what happened. They treated me like a bad person just for demanding my right as a customer. If management is really concerned, look at the cameras and review the evidence.

Customer service not to great! Ordered a caramel macchiato, medium, and a hash brown the caramel macchiato taste like a regular coffee and a hash brown. It took more than five minutes. I asked the lady about my order of the hashbrowns. She turned around and started talking in Spanish did not understand a word what she was saying, and she was giving me attitude, not so professional.

Cant believe I wasted my money ordering door dash from you guys …literally got a cup of oatmilk and if you look on the bottom a layer of brown sugar no espresso inside.this is supposed to be a brown sugar oatmillk latte.I know a latte usually has a good amount of milk but this is not right .I stirred it a bit to see if maybe thhere was espresso I wasnt seeing and literally nothing im so mad why did I spend 20 $ on doordash and cant even get a refund

Staff is nice and friendly, but service is slow and error prone. After placing my order I confirm with the cashier they had my order info correctly. Still my food arrived differently than ordered. They were apologetic, polite and fixed the problem. Since this place is busy it took a few additional minutes.
The problem areas are:
– cleanliness is lacking and is evident everywhere (tables were unkempt, napkins were a mess on the counter, the salt and pepper stations were full of dust and lint which was difficult to overlook)
– no knives only forks and spoons
– bathroom soap dispenser doesn’t work even though there is soap inside
Overall not happy. Will look for another one nearby before returning to this location.
