I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin’ and what stood out to me was not the homeless man near the drive thru, but the fact that there is a cage built around the drive thru window. It was honestly surprising and a bit unsettling to see. My drink itself was okay and tasted fine, but the overall atmosphere from the experience. I added a photo for reference because it really caught me off guard.

I visited dunkin today 2/7/26 at 11:55am and ordered a simple order and the Hispanic female working was very rude because I asked her to simply switch a cup to a small hot cup because the coffee was spilling out and hot . I asked for her name and she refused to give it. I politely informed her I will be filing a formal complaint ‘ she lied and said I cursed at her which did not occur at all to justify her work ethic which is poor’ she started yelling and arguing with me a regular customer with a lobby full of customers ! She was very loud enraged and disrespectful ‘ she is unprofessional and has a very ugly attitude which matches her ugly appearance.

this store is no good for business. everytime i order from here through uber eats it’s a problem. i’m tired of complaining on ubereats so i’m coming here to say hire more workers in the morning please . the store have been giving me wrong orders but i went to the store and dru kiera and and may took very good care of me ! thank you

i went here with my family through the drive through to get breakfast and we needed a minute to look at the menu, and immediately the staff gave us attitude – talking about how they don’t have a minute. i’m sorry how else am i supposed to know what i’m getting? we placed our order, and what we said was repeated back to us. they didn’t have a minute for us to look at the menu but took 10 minutes to give us our food with no one in the line ahead of us. after we received our food we checked to make sure everything was right, and sure enough they didn’t even give us the right stuff. please save your time and energy and don’t go here. they have nasty attitudes and clearly don’t wanna do their jobs. spend your money elsewhere.

The lobby atmosphere was quiet and inviting. The staff failed to greet or notice customers entering and waiting inside lobby. The staff gossips and curses in midst of their own personal non job related conversations while unrecognizing waiting customers that have entered the store. The food machine had a burnt smell necessitating over due cleaning that must’ve went skipped. The wall outlet plugs do work but has a loose plug connection.

This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The treatment we received from the moment we arrived at the speaker all the way to getting our food was just disgusting there’s no other way to put it. The person on the speaker kept telling me to repeat myself because she was talking on the phone, continuously cursed at whoever she was speaking too, and was so so rude, the receipt says her name is Lucinda not sure if that’s accurate. Once I arrived at the window told her I wanted to scan my app and quite literally said “ok so just put your phone there then”, i don’t know in what world you speak to customers like that but wow. The biggest problem was really when I received my food in a broken bag, hash browns full of soap, and a coffee so white it may have just been creamer. I had to scream for 5 minutes at the window for someone to notice I was still there. She comes back, says what like I was interrupting her phone conversation and when I explained about the coffee she said it was because I ordered it with oat milk (I literally always get the same coffee and it’s never looked that way). She said she would re do it but quite literally saw her just put more coffee in the same cup, old coffee at that. Continued to blame me because of my milk of choice, didn’t do anything about the food. This place needs to either hire other people who actually have manners, or just close down If thats too hard. Didn’t even give me a refund…

Been there twice cause I was in the area..hardly anyone answer the speaker …then when going to the window they have an attitude..trying to make me go bck around when there’s no cars behind me…service sucks….at dt….no customer service at all…always short staff…smh

The customer service is good when I go but the hash browns are burnt and hard. I bought 4 hash browns and spent over $20 on the whole meal and I was very displeased with the hash browns. Had to discard them was just nasty.

This location is horrible! They have employees fighting & causing drama with their fellow employees as well as with their customers. I wouldn’t go there if it were the last place on Earth! it’s unsanitary & unsafe. The few times I’ve tried this location there was always a heavy police presence due to the employees fighting! At this point just shut it down. If I could give zero stars I would.

It is ok, like mostt Dunkin’s. But sometimes when they don’t have your item, they give you the random most item instead. Also the vibes, or rather the atmosphere is abysmal.
