I go to this Dunkin when I’m watching cats and dogs at homes in Parkland and Coral Springs. Friendly staff. It’s never been crowded & they are quick & efficient ! Great DD !!!

I walked in at 5:20pm on Saturday 11-22. Two kids were working, I stood at the counter and they just stared at me didn’t even greet me. I asked if I could get hot chocolate and he said no. I asked for anything like a white chocolate mocha or even a coffee and he said no. And he said sorry they close at 6pm…it was 5:20…they just glared at me so I just walked out, they were very rude I was open to spend a decent amount of money but their rudeness made me feel unwelcome. I understand if it was 5:45 even….but it was 5:20pm….its not that hard to be kind .

I’d give 0 stars if I could! The employees clearly act as if they do not like their job . I ordered bacon . It was completely undercooked . When I asked if they can redo it, the man said no that’s how it is , then proceeded to tell the coworker ,while I’m still there , “did u hear what I said to her”

The good: We order here a lot. Good iced coffee ☕️.
The bad: They close at 6 pm, which is very early but the worse part is the employees lock the door much earlier, even at 5:30 PM. If your sign says 6:00 pm, then close at 6:00 pm!!! The owner should take more care about this kind of things.
2024 Update: Ask for “Less Ice” when ordering iced coffee otherwise it will be 80% ice and 20% coffee.

I have been here quite alot and I have found that the service was very slow and the donuts were not at all fresh. It’s been like eating cardboard at times.

So this branch has hours posted on the door, branch opens at 5am and closes 6pm according to the published hours (also published on website). However whenever I attempt to visit this branch to purchase a drink-sometimes as early as 5:20pm, the doors are locked and the young male clerk on duty refuses to serve me claiming he has shut shop as in they are ‘closed for the day’. If the branch shuts as early as 5:20pm, why aren’t hours of operation both on door and online published to reflect this? Only once before I showed up at 5:30pm, a lovely young lady served me and indicated the branch shut officially at 6pm. Not sure if the owners of this branch are aware at what is happening but hopefully this review will assist it being brought to their attention!! Will no longer be visiting this branch due to poor service.

I was at this location today to pick up their newest reusable cup. I had no idea this Dunkin existed, and I’m in this plaza at least once a week to shop at Publix. (Nothing gets by me, folks!)
My experience was great. The store smelled heavenly, and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of donuts in the racks, but I didn’t buy any…I was only here to purchase the cup. I found that there was plenty of cups in stock. They glow in the dark!
Overall, this is a great location. The parking lot is ample, the store smells clean, the staff are friendly, and they had plenty of donuts in the racks as well as the cup I came in to buy. I will be back!
