I went with my parents and both of them ordered hot coffee and they give them iced coffee. They gave me a frozen coffee knowing I have ordered a frozen chocolate without coffee. They do whatever they want. It was disappointing. And the prices were too high for that horrible service.

This place should be shut down. The lady kept me waiting at the cash register for 10 MINS and did not even bother to acknowledge i was waiting. Then rudely walked up to register and staring at me. The coffee was worst ive ever had. The cup had a really bad smell to it and it wasn’t even filled properly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Worst service ever! Purchasing from here is like throwing your money in the garbage LITERALLY!! They gave me wrong order after confirming they were not even sorry for it, instead when the guy was giving me the right order it almost seemed like he threw at me kinda way, and i had to throw my drink (cold brew) away because it was so bad. Please save your money and go somewhere else, the employees in the kitchen do not know what they are doing.

They ask for tip when you pay. It seems like if they don’t see one in your screen they get lazy on making you your order. They left out flavor from my drink after I paid for it.

Been standing in line for 10 minutes and they haven’t taken a single persons order! Understaffed, and slow!!! Florida Turnpike Service Plaza needs to step up their game because this is unacceptable for people looking for coffee on a road trip. Then after 15 minutes of waiting they didn’t even have decaf coffee.

Asked for extra cheese on sausage wrap. Which is usually and understandably 50 cents more. When the total was unusually high I said something wasn’t right. That’s when she said she had to add $2.00 for extra cheese. Whattt the wrap is $3.53 !!! I was like skip the extra cheese. Shady All with an attitude. Pass on this place.

Maybe there has been a fundamental change in service by I highly disagree with the other reviews.
We stopped here for a quick coffee and some Donuts. Patrice from NY, and I hope I’m spelling her name correctly, was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine smile and her level of service was great. She looked beyond the order we placed, helped with the selection, prepared some extra cream for us to take with umprompted.
I was very pleasantly surprised because chain stores, particularly located along turnpikes and places where there aren’t regular daily customers, tend to leave much to be desired from service.
Not in this case. The place was clean and stocked. These gals were wonderful.
I would undoubtedly recommend this location for weary travelers.

They automatized the orders and inside they made a mess, the lines are longer, the machines don’t work properly. They don’t have paper receipts and more, the technology is not up to dono in donuts unless they use robots literally

It was very unpleasant to travel with my pregnant wife craving “wake-up wraps”all the way from Sunrise bc at that time this was the single open location, and to have Paris D, giving me attitude and watching TikTok, scratching her braids to tell me : “ that’s it at this time coffee and donuts…here we are ”!
On the google maps it said location open 24 hours, not open just for coffee and donuts!
Such behavior I’m pretty sure don’t fit the customer service protocol!
