Continuously the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Like many other reviewers have said, I only go to this location because it’s the closest to my home—and every single time, there is an issue with my order.
This time, I ordered a sandwich, hash browns, and a coffee. When I received my bag, there were no hash browns. Fine, mistakes happen. I let the drive-thru employee know while I was still waiting for my coffee. She replied, “It’s in the bag.” I told her again that I had checked the bag and it was not there. She then took the bag back (which, if I’m not mistaken, food shouldn’t be taken back once it’s been handed to the customer), and returned with a bag containing hash browns.
She proceeded to rush me along, and I had to remind her that I was still waiting on my coffee. When I finally got home, I discovered my sandwich was literally just a croissant and egg—no sausage and no cheese.
I will no longer be giving this location the benefit of the doubt. They seriously need to get it together and improve their customer service as well.

I really try to give this Dunkin’ every chance because it’s the closest one to my house, but the consistency has become impossible to ignore. I stop here in the mornings on my way to Miami for work, and almost every visit there is an issue with the order — either the bread is rock hard, the food is prepared incorrectly, or something is missing altogether.
I don’t like leaving reviews like this, especially for a location I visit often, but this has been happening for years. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but it’s reached a point where the quality and service just don’t match the standard you’d expect in Coconut Creek. If busy Miami locations can get orders right with no problem, it’s disappointing that this store struggles so much.
There also seems to be a manager or lead employee in the mornings who often has a noticeable attitude, which makes it even harder to ask for a simple remake when something is wrong. Morning customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or like they’re inconveniencing staff by asking for an order to be corrected.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. This community deserves better service and consistency. Small improvements would make a huge difference for all of us who rely on this location daily.

This has got to be the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts that exists. Staff is miserable while taking your order which I can understand, but at least fake it. My order is never ever ever right from this place, I go to a different one by my job and my dunkalatte is delicious everytime. This place literally can not even make one single drink that I have ordered correctly,.
It is shocking how bad they are. It is right next door to my house which is the only reason I even continued to try them. Don’t bother with this dunkin unless you want to waste your money

This location should consider recording drive-through customer service for quality assurance. During my visit, the employee responded aggressively while I was ordering, and even when handing me my food and card, the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. Overall, the food itself was good, but the treatment I received left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Since this was my first time here, the experience unfortunately gave me a very negative impression of the location.

This is my closest DD and I ordered 2 dozen donuts to pick up on my way home for my daughter’s birthday breakfast the following day. Come to find they said my order wasn’t ready because they “thought I wasn’t coming”. By then there were no more donuts. Mind you, I had tried calling to confirm multiple times and there was no answer. Heads up to this Dunkin: If you get an online order, it should be prepared and set aside. In today’s age of mobile ordering I assumed this would be obvious.

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts location. They just don’t know how to make coffee and sells cold or overcooked food. The store manager is literally ignoring me at the door. I don’t even want my money back. I have been coming here for the last few weeks since I noticed it hoping it would be better because it’s convenient. It’s in a prime location but the staff needs be trained. Today my coffee was actual amazing made by this older lady but my food was burnt! Everytime I stop here in the morning I have been disappointed.

Cappuccino machine was broken, there was no egg for The egg & cheese wrap. I settled for a veggie egg white which was actually better anyway. Employees there are super sweet. Slow, very slow.

I’m a student and my school is a block from this dunkin, so this is the closest place for me to get breakfast on the go that’s decent but the problem is that they always mess up something. My order is consistent, sourdough breakfast sandwich with sweet pepper bacon and yellow American cheese, but they always manage to mess it up somehow. Either they don’t add the correct bacon, don’t add the correct cheese, or both. This time, I received the wrong cheese and and a lousy amount of pepper bacon. I don’t always have time to go and have them correct it. I just want a decent breakfast before class but they are always hit or miss on food.
I try calling but the store NEVER picks up. Called the customer service phone line and they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t a mobile order and I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back.
Just honestly annoying at this point to spend my hard earned money on something for it to be consistently messed up.
