STOP MAKING THE HASHBROWNS IN ADVANCE! They are HOCKEY PUCKS! Not to mention, my ice coffee with two creams, two Splenda and hazelnut always turns into coffee with just five creams. Never fails. Like, come on! Atleast pretend to care. Also ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Got a cinnamon bagel with regular cc. Today would have meant the fifth time in a row that I had to return hashbrowns as black as soot so I just them. I’m not coming back.

The guy the works there is awesome ! the girls too much attitude and won’t pay attention to customers inside . Honestly will give five star but those girls are a no for customer service . It wasn’t packed either so it was unnecessary. Just take a second and help the customer in front of you .

The team was excellent at customer service. Great job and well made coffee. This location has benches with umbrella just incase it rain in which it did but I had a covering. Great ambience and fast service from Jennifer who works the drive thur with efficient service. What a great team behind to ensure everyone is served with a smile. I love the new flavor Butter Pecan. You can dine in or take out. This place in very in expensive compared to other locations.

Just received my order and when I opened the bag,the coffee cup lid was flipped upside down.I took the cup out of the bag and it was wet as well as the rest of my order. Whomever packaged the order did not secure the coffee cup lid to the coffee cup. I threw out the coffee because I couldn’t be sure it wasn’t tampered with.

I am very disappointed I went to this location at 9:00am this morning and and young man took my order outside he was very nice but when I got to the window to get my order I asked for a straw and the other guy working the window was very rude he told me why was I asking for a straw I don’t have an ice coffee and I am trying to figure out weather ice or hot if I needed a straw provide me with one I stopped going to this location before because he was the same guy who got an attitude because he tried to short me on my change and he got upset I noticed it like I enjoy all the other employees at this location but this young man is definitely going to have me change locations for sure.

After my Sunday Morning walk, I always stop to get my wife an iced French vanilla coffee. Today there were three of us at the door knocking to be let in , due to the door being locked at a time the store is open. We were told to stand in the drive thru to order our food. We literally had to stand behind cars and in the paths of vehicles getting their order before us. I asked a manager when would she open the door to the establishment, she replied when she gets someone to work the front. Say hi to the decision makers at Dunkin. No worries , Starbucks is at the next light.

This DD has to be the most un organized DD in Broward! I have been going their for 3 weeks not once have they got my order correct NOT ONCE! Bad attitude and horrible service how can you get my order wrong every time. Not a good place they need to re group.

Filthy location. The crew that was working the morning of 2/4/19 was VERY unprofessional. They were literally screaming in the restaurant and didn’t care what anyone thought. The cheese on my egg & cheese croissant was barely melted. The TV was set to a channel broadcasting a radical minister! We’ll spend the extra time and use the Wiles Rd. location for the remainder of our stay!
