It’s Dunkin’ so the potential of me being back is high but they didn’t acknowledge me for a good 5+ minutes when I was standing at the counter. Barely said a word to me and spoke little to no English. They weren’t very nice at all and the store was not very busy. The coffee and food are hot and good though which saves but maybe need management to come in and remind them to smile a little more.

I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Dunkin’ location. On several occasions, I’ve waited a long time at the register while staff ignored me. Another time, my coffee was cold and I waited over 10 minutes for it. Today, my latte was overly sweet, and when I asked if they could add more coffee to make it less sweet and hotter, I was told I would have to pay an additional $1.25. Overall, the service at this location has been very disappointing.

My feedback is similar to others. The food and service is always mediocre. It’s the closest Dunkin to my house this is why I continue to go. Happy to see management hired someone who speaks English, friendly and professional. Hope this trend continues to improve this establishment.

Long post: I only came to this Dunkin because of my doctor’s new office location and.. what a HORRIBLE place. I’ve been to many Dunkins over the years, and have Dunkin food once a day (at least) and never ever has service been this bad. My entire order was wrong, so I went inside to have it corrected and everything was going well (so I thought) until the “manager” got into it. I asked for the difference since I ordered an item that cost less than what they charge me for and she 1. Wanted to acuse me of “changing the order” which i had to correct her and tell her that the Cashier put it in wrong order. 2 Lie to my face, with a MENU right above her, about how much the items cost. A 5.89 sandwich is NOT the same price as a 3.89 Snackin’ bacon. 3. Got mad that she had to give me the change back and 4. Still stinged me out of $1 in the change. Then a lady that was making sandwiches that had some black Dunkin Shirt on, & the Manager started badmouthing me in Spanish. NEWS FLASH: YOUR worker put in the wrong order, YOU guys messed up. Not Me. Its common PROPER and GOOD customer service to apologize, correct your mistakes and offered a refund (if its required). I hate doing this but I had to have the franchise person reach out and requested they review the video of the interaction because that was completely an extremely horrible experience.

I have visited this location in the mornings. Inside orders have been pleasant and they are a nice crew. The food is hot and order is accurate.
The drive-thru is quick but the male on the microphone taking the orders is loud, rushed and inaudible over the speaker. Perhaps this should be reevaluated.

I always go to this Dunkin during the week or on Saturdays. Today is my time here on a Sunday! What a disaster! They wouldn’t call out your order and just leave it on top of the counter for people to get. Orders were dispensed wrong and the music couldn’t be any louder!! Come on! Don’t leave inexperience staff without proper supervision.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts recently and was really surprised by the way one of the employees was spoken to in front of customers. The staff member was doing their job respectfully, but the manager addressed them in a very harsh and unprofessional tone. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness and it reflected poorly on the environment of the business. I believe employees should be treated with respect, especially in front of clients, since it sets the tone for the whole experience. I hope management considers how these interactions come across to customers, because it affects the overall impression of the business.

The drive thru was over 10 cars in line,workers were talking and playing with each other, the coffee that we received was totally water down and not up to DUNKIN standars we had to drive around and get down to get a fresh brew but it was the same, employee told us that that’s what we get!
So we drive to Mecdonald to get a real coffee after 20 minutes, you lost several customers today, some other drive thru customer fot down to complain.
You need to fix from managment.

I walked in at 6:45om and asked for 5 coffee jars for 50 people. Melissa was very nice educating us about big orders needed to be placed with 24 hrs notice. She did her best effort in providing us with good customer service. Her co- worker was not so happy about our order but at the end they did provide us with what we walked in for..
