I’m not one to complain but everything about this experience just didn’t sit well with me. The drinks literally came out half full. I asked for the maple sugar bacon sandwhich and the bacon looked like they grabbed the bottom of the bucket bacon and threw it in the sandwhich. The girls that work there have the worst attitude. I most definitely will not be back.

I like most DD. This is one that has not disappointed me. The food has been okay.The coffee has always been fresh. i will say that they put a cold. Slice of cheese on a warm sandwich. I guess thinking the cheese would warm up from the sandwich.But it really didn’t it Just made the sandwich colder.

Pulled up at 4:30 and ordered a peppermint mocha. No other cars in the drive through. The employee handed me an ice coffee. I said, its supposed to be a hot peppermint mocha. He then went over added peppermint to a cup and filled it with hot coffee. I said, is that a peppermint mocha?! And he said yes. No milk no espresso no whip cream, just hot black coffee with peppermint.

Love this Dunkin in Palm Bay. They always have jelly donuts. The one in Sebastian never does. They are out even 30 min after opening. I’d rather make the trip here. Nice atmosphere.

I like DD but my GF loves the place. Their dounts are of course good but I think over the years they have changed a bit .. Their breakfast sandwiches are a little bit expensive especially for what you get (basically just a microwaved sandwich) and Their hash browns must have gold dust sprinkled on them because they are outrageously expensive… Anyway the ppl that work there are all cool my GF says they all call her by her 1st name so that’s good.. But every once in a while a jelly filled dounts hits the spot.. : )

This coffee shop has very bad service and the coffee is expensive and you only get 1/2 cup when you order a large. Lady hung up on me 2 times and they refused to make it right. Don’t bother irritating yourself with this place!!

Yesterday afternoon I used the drive through for a small decaf and a bagel. He gave me regular. Heart rate high and a sleepless night. If you dont have fresh decaf made don’t sub without asking!

This is the worst DD. It’s over priced, stale donuts, rude dismissive employees. Literally keep talking with coworkers when they know someone is waiting to order, then act botherd for having to take the order. Just had the guy tell me it would be a minute before I could order because they were backed up. Ok, at least he let me know, I understood. A girl comes out of the back he asks her for help, her response “No. You took too many orders, you need to learn to pace yourself” and walked into the back. I ended up leaving quietly.

5 o’clock in the morning and I am being verbally Tongue lashed by two employees because I did not leave a tip for them through the drive-through. Making comments how rude it is for somebody not to leave a tip. Shaming me out the window saying at least they could leave a dollar. It was rude. It was ignorant. It was a disgusting display of behavior and attitude, and it makes me angry to think that this is ok. never want to go to any Dunkin’ Donuts again. I am disappointed in the attitude and the behavior and the store for allowing it. I can not stress enough how upset I am. If I could give them a zero, I would. I will make it known to everybody in barefoot Bay what happened today? Absolutely disgusting sad pitiful and not necessary. If you’re that desperate for a dollar get a second job like I work two jobs.

Where is Duncan I ever been in as soon as I’m on call 24/7 I’m drinking a lot of coffees to stay awake on my job but that is the worst coffee in the world. Ask for extra sugar they put so much sugar in it you couldn’t taste nothing but liquid sugar I’d advise anybody wants Duncan to drive all the way to Sebastian and get it
