Manager staff extremely rude. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap and iced tea . They gave me 1/4 of an egg and one piece of bacon half of a half of one piece of bacon and no cheese. I went in to show them not only looked gross egg looked not right I said could you please give me one with an actual egg and two pieces of bacon. Manager was very defensive said that’s how it comes and was touching all over it and said there two pieces of bacon I said no just one I showed it to the cashier…they went to back had someone else come out she gave me dirty look and just handed me another one. Other customers saw and were like wow how rude. I said I know. I just lost 7.00. I said keep it. They didn’t offer a refund or anything and acted like they were bothered. Inconvienced.. horrible staff, dirty in there, and long wait time. I never leave Google reviews.. However, if I was the owner I would get new manager and staff. That staff will hurt his business. Terrible definitely won’t go back there. I been to so many DD in my life never ever that kind of service. Never ever have I ever left a Google review. This felt necessary. I work hard for my money and just lost 7.00 now gotta go somewhere else.

Dunkin sure as hell needs more workers here. However, the one that served me was pleasant and my latte was AMAZING. People complain and yet there’s a reason there’s a line out the door. Dunkin would be better off hiring more personnel (which requires offering better pay). In this area, I know they could do it if they wanted to.

I remember when Dunkin was one of the cleanest places to go to. Corporate is not keeping up with the aesthetics of their investments in these
latter years. For example, most drive thru’s a dirty and unwelcoming. If it weren’t for the addictiveness of the customer, they would be hurting in the pocket. Attached is a picture of the drive thru window of one of the most newest Dunkin’s in Vero. It’s gross negligence at its finest. A spilled drink that has since crusted and dried at the spot in the drive thru window that the customer pays for their food and drinks. SEE ATTACHED photo.

We recently visited this new(ish) location one morning prior to school drop off and I was SO impressed. The donuts were delicious – no surprise. The atmosphere is clean and stylish – our usual location is not. The staff was so friendly and smiley – our usual location’s staff are miserable, fairly rude and appear grumpy.
I’m sad that this location is out of the way for us normally, it’d be our regular spot.

Ordered a decade coffee with cream and peppermint mocha. No cream, burned decades. Threw it out in the parking lot. Totally undrinkable. If they don’t have fresh decade they should tell you. They used to make it fresh for you if the pot was old. This wasn’t the first time this happened and I will never come here again. I used to love dunkin coffee. No longer!

I am appalled by the incredibly slow service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I waited a full 30 minutes in the drive-through for my order. The wait time was ridiculous, and I wasn’t the only one; other customers were visibly frustrated as well. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

They pour the espresso in with the milk in thier container and then only pour 2/3 rds of it into the cup. You’d be wasting your money here paying for an extra shot of espresso for your latte. The girl gives pleasant service though

Always a wonderful experience when I come in. The staff, especially the ones seen in the afternoon (Betty, Mya, and Tye) do their absolute best to get your order pushed out in a timely manner with the way you want it done despite a very obvious staffing problem in the later hours. If there ever is a mistake, they’re always happy to remake it for you. If I could give this place six stars, I would.

Joyleecia very sweet I need to honestly see that she’s trying to run the business by herself. The other associate working with her was on her phone, not even helping her and the fact that there is a line down the side of the building for a drive-through and customers in the business. This is not professional whatsoever and the fact that Me and my partner ordered our food at 12:38 it’s the 1/2 hour and we still have not received our food. And there’s multiple different customers coming in and out of the establishment receiving their food while we are still sitting here I have not received our food. The fact that there’s an associate on the counter right, smacking the counter telling the man in front of her to pay and hurry up and give her the money. It’s very disrespectful. If I was a manager fired immediately, especially being a manager in food and beverage myself, this is not very professional whatsoever. The fact that I asked to speak to a manager, and there’s not even a manager in the building, blows my mind and I asked for the district manager’s number and I understand they’re not allowed to give the district manager’s phone number. But there should always be a manager in the building, especially if something like this is happening. I definitely would like someone to reach back out to me regarding this matter

Came in sunday morning at 10:24 never greeted waiting in line with no one ahead of me never was told welcome hold on nothing more like I got ignored while kiki ( co workers called her that) was just gabbing a few donuts while the other two women where making drinks not to busy so im not sure why I was being treated like this. Floor and tables could of been wiped down and swept. Gas station i got better service up the road.
