Really like the people who work here but the mandatory kiosk system is terrible. You have no choice. It takes much longer to order – pushing complexity to customer is just bad customer service. They need to get rid of this and bring back the humans.

I just left one Dunkin donut and they were out of everything!! This one was out of munchkins so we got wake up wraps. First off they are ridiculously prices….2.50 for a just egg?? It’s ok.. but we need ketchup..asked for it OUT!!
But here’s the thing the girl working Makela made up for everything!! She was pleasant, caring, friendly and concerned!!! This young lady made my day! Makela should be the trainer of every new employer! She should train them all!! Thank you makela for giving us great service!!

Stopped at this location and ordered 3 coffees, munchkins and 6.99 meal deal, asking for croissant sandwiches. Got to the window and the receipt showed bagels. We advised the lady at the drive thru we ordered croissants. They had us pull forward to correct the order. A lady walked out and said we ordered the meal deal and it automatically comes with plain bagels. We advised we would like croissants. She went back in and returned 7 minutes later to advise the just ran out of croissants and had the bag with bagels in them. We just took the bagel sandwiches and left. While reaching into the bottom of the bag to retrieve ketchup I pulled out a used latex glove. I normally would let it go but our bill was $50 for food we didn’t want and ultimately did not end up eating.

Stopped here for some Valentine doughnuts. It was a bit chaotic and almost saw a fight between an elderly lady and senior gentleman. Apparently the counter worker missed passing over a doughnut and the lady started ordering. The gentlemen. Asked if he could ask for his doughnut. The lady told him it eas her turn and he had to wait and shouldn’t have e paid cash and it would have gone quicker. A few more words and the counter person get him a doughnut when several angry glances before things calmed back down. Love was not in the air on this valentines day…..

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been in. The employees have no idea how to do their jobs, they take forever on every single order, they’re extremely rude and snappy to all their customers, and they’ll make your order wrong or gip you. We went today and it a ridiculous amount of time and we received our order the drink was made wrong and the hash browns we paid 5 dollars for were not even half full. If you go here be prepared to be frustrated.

Employees are not very friendly. They seem like they don’t want to work. I go there every Tuesday to get breakfast for my daughter and then some, and every time it’s the same thing. Cape canaveral one is way more personable and gets things done the way I want. I will be using them more because of that.

Cashier has no clue what she’s doing messed up our order overcharged us and then tells me they don’t take anything bigger than 20s for cash. My order came to 30 something dollars would not take a $50 bill. This is the United States of America and I’m trying to use US currency unbelievable that is not accepted. Will not be shopping at this one ever again.

A free standing Dunkin Donuts that serves good coffee. They had an active drive through and a good amount of parking. Inside, seating was limited but take-out is clearly their main business.

I had a great experience.. No, wait whatsoever. The friendly staff took m my order and got it absolutely perfect! It was fast and efficient. I joke I run on Dunkin. I’d definitely go to this location again based on my experience.
