A free standing Dunkin Donuts that serves good coffee. They had an active drive through and a good amount of parking. Inside, seating was limited but take-out is clearly their main business.

-10 stars! Horrible management! Place was dirty & gross. We paid almost $20 for 2 coffee’s that we didn’t even drink. They were melted and tasted absolutely disgusting. If you want to charge more than Starbucks I suggest y’all learn how to make coffee and please clean this place!

I absolutely love Dunkin coffee. Today the Bismark donuts I got were really poor. They had maybe a dime sized dollop of cream inside!!! So basically I just got a chocolate covered donuts which to me is boring. I was very displeased to say the least!!!!!!!

Went to get breakfast for my family while on vacation and this was close to our condo. Was there about 7:05 on Sunday am. Ordered on the kiosk and got an assortment of donuts, muffins, stuffed bagels, and coffee and refreshers.

Terrible customer service. Not from here but you would expect a place to be a little more customer service friendly. Literally the only thing they had right about mine and my wife’s order were the hash browns, which were burnt, they told us they were out of cold foam, then at the window handed us the wrong drink, with cold foam in it. When we were ordering we asked to get bacon and she just told us “no” .. idk what we’re expected to say back to just “no” .. and still didn’t give us the chicken croissant or the right coffe order after correcting it.. bad service

The sitting area was very unclean, floors were a mess, tables not cleaned and bathroom (men) very unclean. Coffee was good and the staff were good but under staffed.

Chocolate Croissant which is normally served hot was overbaked to the point that it was burned out and was given to us like that in the drive-thru. Staff is friendly but food needs to be checked before getting it to the customers

Stopped in to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They had touch screen ordering. It wasn’t easy to search for the food on the touch screen. I eventually managed to order coffee and 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissants. I then grabbed a bottled water out of the refrigerator in front of the counter. I waited at the register for about 3 minutes while workers were busy attending to the drive through. Also a worker was restocking the trays of Donuts. It seemed a while before anyone recognized me as a waiting customer. Then it was only to tell me they were out of croissants. So I went with sourdough bread. I then had to tell her I wanted to pay for the bottled water I had sitting on the counter in front of me. She rang me up and I then stepped over to the pickup area. It seemed like 5 or 6 drive through orders had passed while I waited. I heard one girl tell the other that the top oven was broken. I watched her then remove the tray with my sandwiches and place it into another oven. So I understand why the sandwiches took so long. She wrapped them up, put them and napkins into my bag and handed it to me. I stood there and she said with an unfriendly tone, “What?” I said I was waiting on my coffee. The girl that took my order grabbed a cup and made my coffee. I sat down, as this was an eat in order. The 4 girls working behind the counter definitely kept busy, but it was only myself and one other customer already sitting at a table. Seemed like they weren’t talking to each other and it trickled over to the customers. Food was okay and coffee only had 1 eyelash in it.
