My wife and I walked into this Dunkin’ location and stood at the counter for a full five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After finally being noticed, we continued waiting another 2-3 minutes without any effort to take our order. At that point, we walked out.
There were four employees working, yet every one of them was focused solely on the drive-thru while customers inside were completely ignored. Customer service at this location is essentially nonexistent.
We won’t be returning. I’ve received far better service at Master Homemade Donut (1907 Clearlake Ra, Cocoa, FL 32926) than we experienced here.

We visited yesterday evening around 6.00 pm on 26 th dec 2025. We were the only customers. The girl at desk gave half cut donut in bag, I needed to tell her that change it. Then she forgot my hash brownies. I need to ask her as she was standing without work. The man at the work said bathrooms are being cleaned and you can go to other restaurants nearby. Seriously we pay money and they should be welcoming. Please these both guys do not like their job. We will never visit this place.

Nevada assisted me at checkout. She’s friendly, efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable of product details. She wore her smile throughout the entire transaction until I left the store. Staff is efficient and professional.

Had a very nice lunch after Biketober fest. Very friendly staff. Senior hot spot the day we went, $10 lunch specials that includes hot cinnamon rolls and more at a small buffet table. We are definitely going back

We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I stuck my head out to make sure we were seen and the lady said she’d be right with us. We waited a few more minutes and just left. I’ve been here a few times and am always disappointed. Today I decided I won’t be back.

Too much unprofessional behavior from staff. Small Dunkin, limited parking. Decor needs updating. Hard to see from the road, Palm tree hiding outdoor signage. Limited seating; mostly drive thru traffic.

Save your frustration and go to any other Dunkin in the area this one can’t make drinks right after sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Always an issue with this location.

After watching 2 customers come in and get to cut in front of me to fix the messed orders, never being acknowledged once, and waiting over 10 minutes at the counter, I left. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at any Dunkin Donuts. Apparently the staff don’t know how to make drinks properly either as that was the number one complaint. My advice, skip this place.

Good place to stop for a coffee and donut
This is located on the east side of the I-95 interstate and on the north side of Florida State Road 520. It is a stand-alone building with the iconic Dunkin Donuts’ look. It is located between an Ihop and a gas station. You can either arrive at this location by 1)turning as though you are going to Sam’s club and turning through the gas-station parking lot or 2) travelling past the building on 520 and making a u-turn into their parking lot. Parking is limited as there are only about 11 parking spaces. You can either use their drive through or eat in at the restaurant. There were about 6-8 tables to seat between 2 and 4 people each The restaurant was small but the staff was wonderfully friendly. We ordered coffee, pumpkin and apple donuts. The prices were reasonable and the inside was clean. The outside trashcan was overflowing but overall the area was clean. The coffee and the pumpkin donut were good. The apple donut was not as good. We think it would have been better warmed up but that is for another day. Overall, it was a very nice visit made more so by the staff’s friendly attitude.
