I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location twice, and both experiences were disappointing. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was unprofessional. One of the older female staff members, who appears to be the most senior, was consistently unprofessional. She often discussed customers’ orders out loud, within earshot, and also spoke about other employees in a manner that was disrespectful. The younger female that was taking my order was also quick to blame me for messing up my order, just so that way she didn’t seem bullied by the older female. Overall, extremely unprofessional. Second time experience a weird and uncomfortable environment with this older female.
When I encountered an issue with my order, the staff’s response was not accommodating, and it felt like there was a lack of coordination and professionalism. While one of the team members was polite and tried to help, the overall environment remained unprofessional and disorganized.
I hope that management will address these concerns to create a more respectful and professional atmosphere.
In conclusion, I would recommend exploring other locations for a better overall experience.

The crew at this store is top notch. They were so courteous when serving my daughter and I as well as a gentleman after us, all while dealing with a seemingly never-ending drive-thru line and an extremely difficult customer in store at the same time who just seemed to keep harassing them in store and on the phone.
Throughout everything, our food and drinks were perfect and delicious, when we are in the area visiting from Maine, we’ll be back.

I went to the drive-through this morning to get breakfast and to be honest the whole order was horrible. I got the five dollar meal deal with the wake up wrap, which I asked for bacon they gave me sausage.The wrap wasn’t even fresh. The cheese wasn’t melted to be honest I think the item has been sitting on in warmer for a while. I took one bite and was done with it.. The hashbrowns were very soft and old tasting the vanilla iced coffee I received taste like water.

This store can’t ever seem to get their act together. From wrong orders to somehow messing up pre-cooked and prepared food to the rude employees, this Dunkin needs some serious work. Today they told my husband that cold foam doesn’t come on top of a cold brew coffee- that it costs extra. Which is funny because when you look at their menu and website, it clearly states otherwise. It’s called Cold Brew WITH Sweet Cold Foam for a reason, but this has just been one of many arguments my husband has had to have with this particular location. They don’t know how to make their drinks, they constantly screw up food and the attitudes need some major adjusting. Needless to say, were done with this location and everyone else should be too.

The staff here is very hospitable and make sure we’re comfortable and served properly. For the multiple times I’ve visited, I’ve had very few issues, and they were quick to remedy anything that came up. The food and drinks are served quickly and always meet my standards.

The most disgusting restroom I’ve ever seen. Vomit in the sink, overflowing trash. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. No toilet paper.
As I know employees must use this restroom, I wouldn’t dare eat anything from here. It’s an absolute biohazard. I wouldn’t even walk into that place again.

Chick with short blonde hair and glasses wants to pour out coffee to make a drink fit when not asked the size. I get a different amount of shots instead of a regular drink. So samll meduim or large doesnt really apply. Im sorry but if im paying for extra or an amount of shots that dont fit into the cup you think it’ll fit in, please don’t pour out what I pay for… infront of the customer at that. Just put it in a larger cup with more ice..

Placed a pickup order at 9:12, got there around 9:20, then sat in the store over 20 minutes to receive it at 9:45. Worst part is the staff were hustling so I don’t even blame them; it was very busy. But heard they ran out of multiple menu essentials – like milk and cheese – before I got there which put them behind all morning. Very poor management going on here because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location due to lack of necessary ingredients.
