The worker taking down the order, got my order completely wrong bringing my total all the way up to almost $30 ($20 order) – then when trying to correct it at the drive-through, he proceeds to completely mess up my order and add additional items to try and overcharge me and when I made a comment about being overcharged, he tried to read it back and kept hiding in an additional item. Jonathan was not helpful at all. Found a hair as well… thx

Terrible.
Went yesterday during my lunch sat at the drive thru saying hello and Noone ever responded. I drove to the window and can see employees(multiple!!) yet Noone checking on the drive thru. (They were not busy No customers where in the store) after 10 min someone finally comes to the window and ask if they have there head sets on. He then proceeds to tell me to DIVE BACK AROUND AND SOMEONE WILL HELP ME. Now I agreed because I know how it works with drive thrus. I get back and ask if they have the new brownie donut and they say “hmm I dont see any” ok so I just order a coffee i get to the window, and of course Noone is there, I wait another couple minutes still Noone. I left with nothing but my time waisted.

THE LAST TWO OR THREE TIMES my drink cup wasn’t even filled all the way. And no it wasn’t an online order I picked it up from the window with 2 FULL INCHES of space between the cup and lid. This location specifically used to be literally the best Dunkin closest to my house. Now the quality has drastically dropped and the service is poor. The cashier literally rolled her eyes and sighed when I presented her with change alongside my cash, I also work customer service so I understand but her attitude was so unnecessary.

Just this morning got a dozen donuts. Had 3 white powder heart shaped Bavarian cream and they all tasted mold. Took a bite of one and wasn’t right. Then another one thinking one off situation but the 2nd and 3rd tasted mold too.

Has been my early morning stop almost everyday for months! I order the same thing, Everything bagel with cream cheese. Not sure what has changed but the bagels have not been fresh, I always cut it in half to make it less messy to eat, and yesterday’s bagel was so hard and old I couldn’t cut it at all, Rock hard! Had to trah it! Drive through ORDER TAKER cant even say YOU’RE WELCOME WHEN THANKED, However the drive through employee you pay is the nicest, friendly person!!

I come to this location on a regular basis and usually I have no issues but, today as usual the drive thru line was super long so I did what I usually do and went inside. I ordered my food and a frozen coffee. My food was ready in about 5 minutes time. My frozen coffee on the other hand, took literally 19 minutes from time I placed the order to the time I received it. And, when I walked out after getting my coffee the wasn’t even but one car in the drive thru lane ♂️ Not even as much as an apology for the rediculous amount of time it took. Very disappointing to say the least.

The past few visits have been just horrible. I order 2 plain croissants and a ice coffee. waited in the store for over 20 min to be give a coffee that had no ice and the croissants were hard as a rock. The kid behind the register when i asked him would you eat this he told me i definitely would not. They why would you give it to me. The manager was very rude.
Went back today 09-01 at 11:45 in the drive drive thru this time. Sesame Street bagel with cream cheese, coffee, and some other things that I ordered for my child. Headed to the nail salon next-door as I sit down in the chair to get a pedicure, I opened my bagel and realized that the bagel is burnt and there is no cream cheese on my bagel. I go back after waiting 20 minutes on the drive-through line and now I’m standing in the store waiting 15 minutes to be given another bagel that is actually an everything bagel not a sesame bagel with cream cheese. Yes, extremely annoyed by this time because now I’ve gotten out of my nail salon chair that I had an appointment for I was waiting for so long that my nail tech took somebody else and now I’m waiting went back in there and asked her how simple is it to make a sesame seed bagel you read what it was written on the paper and give me the same thing back. She said don’t slam things. I said no I’m not slamming things. I’m extremely annoyed because this is multiple times that this has happened. This isn’t the first time Well I’m gonna give you your money back and you’re not gonna speak to me like that. I said, I work in customer service and I would dare not speak to anybody the way that your staff speaks to people. As she gave me my money back instead of correcting the situation because she was upset I told her that her staff should learn how to read because now yes I’m annoyed. Something so simple she got offended And said I know how to read nobody was referring to her. She wasn’t the one that made my bagel. This establishment is always dirty. Nothing has ever made the right way. I really miss the old person that used to run it. I’ve been coming to the Dunkin’ Donuts for over nine years, I would do not walk in there. The sad part is I was standing there and five other people walking with issues somebody didn’t get a coffee. Another person didn’t get something that they were supposed to be given. They need to get it together or they need to have somebody new coming in running it. The manager is just horrendous.

I just came to pick up a frozen cofee with wipe cream and a refreshener, when i picked order cofee was out off wipe cream and when i asked for it they told me to show prove on the receive that i asked for it, witch for me make not sense when i just pass by drive true, they guy with long hair make it more personal when he repeat himself if u show me the receive i can check if u asked for that. Make me feel upset and confuse when all the time I askedbfor this drink with wipe cream and they do it for me. Wont came to drive true again .

Staff here are horrible, they made very rude and didn’t acknowledge me standing at the counter for 15min. I had to get coffee from here for work which is the only reason I waited, I’m never coming back. The staff especially Jessica made sure of that.
