I asked for a coffee with cold foam, this is my usual order. They refused to add the cold foam on the coffee, stating that they can only add whipped cream. None of the other Dunkin’s have ever gave me a problem about my order. The lady at the window was so rude as well!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years and it has never been so bad. There is a knew women that is running this place looks to be in her 40s Spanish. And wow she is extremely rude I have seen her talk to her employees and it is very sad I’m not sure how Dunkin allows someone like that to run this place. Her employees seem so miserable which therefore makes employees have bad service due to environment. I have been driving to the dunking on Osceola parkway they have amazing customer service there extremely friendly. The best thing this dunkin can do is get rid of whoever is running this place. PLEASE it sucks feeling like a burden as a customer. HORRIBLE…

I stopped in on. Wednesday afternoon and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They brewed fresh hot coffee for me and were very patient. One of the better Dunkin’s in the area.

Decided to drop in on Christmas Day to start the morning off with some fresh donuts and hot coffee. Firstly, they gave me the wrong box of donuts. After sitting in my car for 3-4 minutes, they asked for the box back, as they gave me the wrong one. When they handed me my $6 “signature latte,” the gave me a small, instead of the large I ordered. It only took them a minute to correct it, however, after arriving home, the look warm coffee needed reheating. When I removed the lid, it was obvious to me that they simply poured the small latte into a large cup, because it was barely half full. I’ve came to expect a third empty cup from Starbucks, but half empty from Dunkin?? Apparently the Grinch was serving coffee this morning. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. They don’t listen carefully when you order drive through. I pulled up at the pickup counter and ordered again. They offered me a free donut but I said can you offer me something vegan instead, they said no. They did not even have oat milk. Don’t come here.

We tried to go in at 6:30 pm and the doors were locked already. The signage on said door claimed they closed the lobby at 8 pm. We can see inside and there’s a girl in a dunkin shirt doing homework at the front table and she glares at us when we tried the door. There was also a girl at the counter with an atrocious hairstyle (like the worst hair youve ever seen with no hairnet) and she just stares at us standing there. Complete idiocy on all fronts and both of these girls should be fired. This was on November 24th 2025 if that helps the manager.

Only giving 3 stars because the service was great but I ordered these Boston Cream donuts and they are dry and stale the cream filling was very pathetic I used to eat these and the filling would be flowing out. And the donut themselves would have some weight to them. 100% last time good knowing ya.
