I asked for a medium latte with light ice and a female automatically said “that doesn’t mean you getting more coffee” I responded with I just don’t want my drink to be that watery. This is what I got… this gotta be a damn joke. This was definitely done on purpose because I’ve ordered from other Dunkin’s that same EXACT THING and have never gotten this before.. Didn’t realize Dunkin was so selfish and couldn’t afford to fill up the drink a little more. Or maybe this Dunkin needs new staff.

me and my friends went here to grab coffee, and I had ordered the avocado bacon toast. when receiving the order I realized that my toast didn’t have bacon on it so my friend gave the worker my receipt and the box back to ask if they could add bacon. a minute later this lady starts yelling for our order and with an attitude says “next time you want bacon on it make sure to order it because I won’t do this next time”. she rolls her eyes and then walks away. for a second I thought I had made a mistake but then I looked at my container (never received my receipt back) and it clearly said AvoBcnTst, as well as upon opening it I received barely any bacon bits. me and my friends were kinda confused as to the miscommunication and just assumed it had upset her, but then seeing how she had interacted with other guests was absolutely disgusting. definitely won’t be returning here and kinda wish I didn’t tip the crew.

Do not choose this store. I’ve been giving them chances for years. They never improve. Often making mistakes with drinks and food, and it’s always slow. There is a heavier set short Hispanic woman there that always has attitude. And several times I have ordered a breakfast sandwich. They don’t toast it, they just put it together and give it to you cold. Also, sometimes it’s not edible, as if they use cleaners next to the food and accidentally spray it woth the cleaner. Sometimes you take a bite and it’s just multi purpose cleaner smell and taste. It’s must imediatley be thrown out. I don’t understand how they are in business.

11/12/2025 I was at this location around 515 am. I am a driver and can’t leave my truck parked just anywhere. I was able to find parking next to this location. I ordered the $6 deal and added cream cheese to the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I also ordered a hot coffee with 7 creams and 6 sugars .. the order came out with NO CREAM CHEESE. AND THE COFFEE HAD NO CREAM OR SUGAR. I wasn’t able to check what I received till after I left since I had to make sure to get back to the truck asap. Crazy way to mess up someone’s day. It was a simple order. This isnt the first time this location screws up my order, but this was definitely the time that broke the camels back. There are no excuses for this bad customer service. As there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE OR THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU.

I came early in the morning during their busiest time. I went to the drive thru which was quite busy, there was about 5 cars ahead of me and I ordered and got my food in less than 10 mins. My sandwich was hot and well made and my coffee was good too. No complaints. Service was fast and friendly.

Please LIKE & share our reviews. ^^ Wheel chair accessible. Visited here while doing errands around town. Place was empty. There was only one other customer so service was super quick. Place was clean but the owners definitely should have the outdoor windows cleaned. They looked as if someone threw a drink at each one.
The employees were great. They were out of what I ordered and offered substitutes. The interior was super clean. Will def revisit if I am in this area. Quickest service of almost every Dunkin I have been to.

Decided to go to Dunkin on an early Sunday morning. I walked in and it was spotless. The staff were very personable and professional. I have always been a fan of Dunkin yet now I know which store to use. The donuts were fresh and once again it was a pleasure to see how clean and well maintained the store is…congrats to the owner and employees.

Who ever worked the window red/orange long hair girl today was rude asked her to fix my coffee and yet again came back with milk and ice i dont Know who thinks this looks like a cold brew but she needs better training and an attitude adjustment!!!! I have Been going to this Dunkin for years she honestly just made me want to go back to Starbucks and spend the extra $$$$ horrible!
