Well, if you want your food and drink order completely wrong or burnt beyond recognition, this is your place. I ordered a large sugar-free vanilla latte and and avocado toast. The toast was burned black across the surface and still cold on the bottom. An impressive feat! I went back up to the counter and asked if they could remake it…the lady grudgingly agreed and asked if I wanted it lightly toasted. I replied that I just didn’t want it burnt. I should have known something was up when it was ready less than 2 minutes later…I opened it up and they had just slathered the “avocado” mixture on a completely UN-toasted piece of bread. At that point my drink order finally came up…Regular, not sugar free. And it tasted like they just pumped three shots of regular creamer in with a single shot of vanilla. At this point, I just gave up and grabbed my avocado bread and barely-vanilla late and left. Oh, and don’t forget the insanely slippery floor in the hallway leading to the bathroom that felt like it was covered in either soap or oil. And the fact that you have to rely on one of the rude, apathetic employees to open said bathroom. I’d give them zero stars if possible…but sadly that’s not an option.

The atmosphere is very nice! The girl who took my order was nice as well. overall a very sweet store. definitely recommend:)

My sandwich, after it looked like they played frisbee with it, they also took all the little pieces of meat that were left to complete it. How good that it was still early. Poor guy who came later to get turkey, they didn’t have any more . Not to mention that I complained about the shot of espresso ($1.79) that I paid extra for. One of two things was that they tried to trick me or they make the coffee much more watered down to make it last

Terrible service..
Ordered my drink through the drive thru when I arrived at the window they had a cold drink waiting while I ordered a hot, however the employee at the window told them it’s supposed to be hot. I patiently waited for it, got my “hot” drink when we tried it, it was warm. The drink they made fold they gave it back to me tried to warm it up with ice and all so now it’s watered down. Upset now I have to park and do inside when I walk in the door the lady at the register said oh it wasn’t hot enough. By that statement alone I already knew that she did not remake my coffee. So to make sure she remained my coffee properly I had to stand there and watch her lo and behold I saw the cold drink what they try to give me half empty which confirmed that the tried to warm up my cold drink and give it to me. There was no sense of urgency to make it right I had to wait until she finished the previous orders very terrible service from a Dunkin Donuts I am highly disappointed

I walked in because I wanted to wash my hands and then order before my breakfast. She said I had to be a customer to use restroom. She lost a customer and honestly loyalty to Dunkin’ just got Dunkin’ too !!!! Smh rude

Every time I order a frozen coffee they don’t have it available, maybe make it a point to where the item shows unavailable in the app? Because I’m paying more for a frozen coffee just to get there and get an iced coffee that is so dark and bitter. I had to ask for extra creamer because what the hell.

Specifically asked for them not to overcook the croissant because I don’t want a burnt crunchy sandwich and they burnt it anyway. How do you even feel comfortable handing this to a customer??

Exceptional customer service. I went to multiple Dunkin Donuts locations looking for a specific donut and finally found the chocolate cream filled at this location. The employees were helpful to suggest other favorites. The donuts were extremely fresh and well made. Amazing food and fun atmosphere.

I’ve been to this location every other 2 days for the last 7 months. I’ve had great service and the crew are always very friendly. As of the last couple of months though, new crew members have started working and service has started lacking. A couple of months ago I went as usual, but decided for milk instead of coffee. The milk had expired 2 weeks prior. Today I ask for 2 orders of ham and cheese roll ups, was charged for 2 and only got one. Luckily, I checked my bag before leaving. So I ask for the missing order and get them cut up, a bit burnt and not prepared properly. As if it was my fault that they didn’t look at their screen correctly.
