Did a mobile drive thru order. First time I picked up they forgot to give me half my order then when I got my munchkins there was only 19 when I ordered 25. Guess the employees don’t know how to count or just wanted a snack. I noticed when I got to work and tried to call repeatedly but no answer. No way for me to get a refund in the app.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this has been my go-to Dunkin for over a year now. More recently though, the staff has been SO kind and amazing, especially Josh, and Jeremy is great as well. They create such a positive environment and they always make my coffee’s to perfection, whilst the other Dunkin’s in the area are inconsistent. I drive out of my way a bit to this location since it’s run way more smoothly, which says a lot.

Went inside to order where most of the doughnuts were gone. Upon ordering at the counter the person got 2 out of 6 doughnuts in the order wrong. We let that go and rolled with it. When I received my drink it was incorrect as well (sweet tea vs unsweetened) when I went back up to the counter to correct it, the person at the counter made it a point to tell me they were right and I was wrong about my order.

This use to be my favorite Dunkin. Now they can’t seem to get an order right. Ordered ahead on line. I pick it up and of course its wrong. He questioned my order. He then pulled it up & realized it wasn’t made right. Got an attitude and started to remake our sandwichs. I personally watched the employee just throw the egg on a bare counter along with the rest of the items for our breakfast sandwiches. Not to mention never toasted. Everything was cold. We threw our food in the trash and left.I will not be going back!

I don’t know what was wrong today (1:25pm 11/8/23) but the service was pretty horrible and staff were unorganized. I mobile order at least a few minutes ahead, but despite the empty restaurant, the wait was at least 15 minutes in the drive through with only one person in front of me. When I get to the window I saw my drink had not even been started(they’ve had minimum 15 minutes) only to receive it completely unstirred and burnt bread. So sad because I love dunkin and I come to this location to get better food and service than the other Oviedo location.

Waited in line at the counter for almost 10 min while the guy kept saying be right with you!! Plus their was a lady and child in front of me when I walked in that was already waiting! I was only buying two donuts and instead left with nothing!! Will never visit this location again! Worst service I’ve experienced! Three customers left with nothing,tired of waiting. I would clean house get rid of everyone including the manager and start fresh! Terrible establishment avoid at all cost!
