DUNKIN Donuts used to be one of my favorite places. The food quality has tanked so bad. The donuts used to taste fresh and fluffy. Now they are small and dry. I’m sad to say today will be my last DUNKIN experience. I’ve tried multiple different locations and hoped it was location but it’s definitely a DUNKIN thing. I could understand if the price wasn’t higher but I just spent $14 on nasty and refuse to even eat my sandwich and donut. Get it together DUNKIN!

It’s truly disappointing to see the quality of the donuts being sold. The use of stale ingredients and their lackluster appearance make them an embarrassment for the brand. They should take pride in offering something delicious and well-baked. Instead, the donuts lack frosting and taste quite old. That happened on February 20, 2025 later afternoon.

We had a vehicle that we brought to the shop across the street at Automotive One. We figured we would grab coffee next door at Dunkin Donuts. The staff although friendly kept coughing quite often and although I appreciate them washing their hands she was sick. Not only was she sick she was handling food and interacting with others. Not the best feeling when your area is in the flu season. The place itself was clean and had comfortable seating options including a outdoor patio. The store also had fast Wifi and charging options for laptops etc. We got a run of the mile iced coffee and bagel toasted with cream cheese. Nothing special but tasted fine.

I love this place. A nice spot to get out of the house and work at! Plus that staff is very nice, James always makes my day with his infectious smile. Stop in for a drink and a snack you won’t be disappointed…. Unless they are out of the chocolate cream filled powdered donuts.

For starters whoever is the morning manager she should get fired. While waiting for my food and beverage she was on a personal phone call on her cell phone. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the workers looked as if they were being over worked. There was a skinny young lady (wish I had her name) was doing everything from making the drinks, to the food, to evening ringing people up. I’m assuming the older lady that was there was the manager she was also taking orders and handing the food. The place could have been cleaner and I felt bad for that one worker that was running around like a headless chicken. Unfortunately there wasn’t a tip jar so I could have tipped her. The way they were serving customers and making the drinks showed that there wasn’t any organization on handling the product, no structure what so ever. I don’t blame the workers because they just work there, but I do blame management and the owner/owners of that franchise because it just seems that they do not care. There needs to be more structure and organization there. I just went there because I didn’t have my car and was at a near by laundromat, but most likely I think I’ll rather go to the starbucks that’s in the opposite direction. At least there they’re clean organized and well structured. I can see why they have such a low rating

The service of this location is absolutely terrible, went here literally today they were out of half of our order we asked for a refund they said “yep can’t do that cause you placed it online” so we tried getting in contact with their corporate office and that number does not work.
The guy who was working the drive through had an absolutely terrible attitude.
We also tried calling the store location MULTIPLE times to speak to a manager and nobody answered.
Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.
