I usually don’t make it a point to write a negative review but today is the exception. I come to this Dunkin location almost every morning and if you know this Dunkin you would know that the drive through line reaches all the way to 92 during the morning rush and once you’re in line, there is literally no way out but to keep going until you reach the entrance. I usually order an avocado toast with bacon and add extra bacon. Today I drove through with my daughter who needed to get to school by 7:45am. After receiving my order I promptly leave and once I get to the light I notice the avocado toast had NO bacon even though the sticker on the outside clearly states what was ordered. I didn’t have time to turn around and make another line of 30 minutes to get my order fixed so I dropped off my daughter and drove back to Dunkin. 30 minutes later I took the time to make the line again but I decided to park and walk in. I showed them the toast and instead of making a new one the man looked at the sticker on the outside and his watch. Clearly he was looking at the time stamp. So he threw some soggy bacon on the same now soggy avocado toast and gave it right back to me. Now this is not the first time that I have issues here with the same order. I can understand they’re busy but this stuff is pricey and if you made a mistake and the customer has gone out of their way to come back, the least you can do is make it right and replace the whole toast. When I got to work I couldn’t eat the very soggy avocado toast with under cooked bacon on it so I tossed it. I will be avoiding this Dunkin from here on out.

Dunkin’ is great, and the folks at this location go above and beyond to make sure customers get in and out of the drive thru lickety-split! It’s a tight spot, and they have worked to make customers’ experiences as smooth as possible. I really appreciate the cheerfulness of the staff and the speed of service. Delicious coffee and snackin’ bacon start my day right!

This location has certainly evolved over the years! They are quick at getting the morning lines down. I order and pay through the app, which makes picking up even quicker. Everyone is friendly (which you don’t often see anymore) and they know me by name, which makes it convenient if I have to run in store quickly to pick up my drive-thru order. Fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to. Beware, the inefficient Kiosk system inside makes everything go extremely slow and is cash only!! Inedible burnt food and both coffee drinks were made completely incorrectly. Dear, Duncan Donut’s —-STOP putting those ineffective kiosks in your stores. Your customers do not want them! You’re helping shape the future dystopian nightmare. Plus, no one wants to touch other people’s something that thousands of other people’s grubby fingers have been on. It’s unsanitary and disgusting on multiple levels. By implementing these systems the only persons you will be cutting will be your customer base.

I’m asumming lady that took my payment was pissed because i didn’t tip. I ordered a hot drink and the drink she gave to me was in a hot cup but was as cold as a cold drink in a plastic cup. I hate dunkin, i keep trying to remind myself they are not that bad. But unfortunatly it was on my way to pick my daughter up so i stopped here. Why people actually like this place is beyond me. Food is always nasty and drinks suck. Donuts are probly weeks old.

I truly wished the inclusion of a Starbucks down the road would help to improve the quality of the food and drinks here. Drinks always seem to be hastily put together and food tastes ok. At least the donuts are still fantastic.

Staff is condescending, refuses to help if you have issues with an order. Actively ignored me when I came in. Kelly is awful, she cancelled a pickup order and demanded a confirmation number and name after I had my boyfriend reorder. Repeated told me his original order was cancelled EVEN after I told them he put in another one!

This Dunkin was great for a while but recently every time my husband orders light ice they barely fill the cup with coffee. We understand that it won’t be filled to the top if its light ice but there is a ridiculous amount of liquid missing and every other Dunkin is not like this.

The man at the window was very rude when asked for a bag for the food he already handed us (which should’ve been in a bag anyways), he proceeded to hand us the smallest bag possible, which would not even slightly fit the box handed to us. When asked for a bigger bag, he very unprofessionally rolled his eyes & grabbed a bag (still not big enough for the food), but before he handed the bag to us, he asked for the smaller bag back. We told him that we had already touched it & it is unsanitary to take it back, which he rebutted with “We’re supposed to charge for the bags.” It was a small paper bag & it is disgusting to know that not only are they using bags for food that are taken back through the window but cheap & greedy for claiming he would charge us for it even though we paid $15 for food & bad service. Not going back; disgusting service & can’t even imagine how unclean the establishment is after this experience.
