I try to give places a fair chance and this location is convenient and has good prices. I just can’t come here anymore. It takes 15 minutes to get my simple food and drink when there’s only 2 cars ahead of me in line. They also made my drink using a dirty stir spoon and it tasted like another drink. I had to ask for a remake. Ownership needs to really work on this place.

Chloe is a great employee and is always very nice to me and gets my order right every time. I mean I literally come to this Dunkin nearly every morning for breakfast. But whoever that other lady was who was working this morning 12/30 at 11:45 am was not nice at all. I waited in line for 15 minutes after telling them I had a mobile order. There was a super long wait for everyone. I totally get being busy in the morning rush but it’s like they didn’t even see my order at all because when I pulled up to the window they acted clueless that I had a mobile order despite telling them who I was at the sign and them telling me to pull up to the window. So someone must’ve cleared the order in the system or something. I was picking up breakfast for my boyfriend and myself, and had ordered 2 $6 meal deals and 2 orders of bagel minis and a double chocolate donut. They handed me a bag with only 2 sandwiches and one bagel mini order and a coffee. So I told them I was missing my 2 hashbrown orders, a bagel mini order, a coffee, and my donut. The guy employee seemed new and uncertain and I apologized to him if I had given him attitude because I wasn’t trying to be mean. But the woman working there was extremely rude. She handed me a bag with a hashbrown order and a bagel order and a donut but I was still missing stuff. So I pointed it out that I was still missing a hashbrown order and other things and she argued back at me saying I only told her I was missing one, when I had literally said I was missing two. So it irritated me that she was trying to gaslight me. I tried to hand the bags back and told her to look at the mobile order on their screen and double check the order because it was too much for me to keep listing back at them. She then gave me attitude and told me there was a line and they are busy and she basically berated me and slammed the window in my face and told me to have a good day. So I left without even getting my other drink or my other hashbrown order. I’m not even trying to be a Karen here but I spent $23 on this order and I’m broke and practically homeless and my job pays me like $15 an hour so I would like to get what I worked nearly 2 hours for???? Like how hard is it to read the list on the screen and double check the order before handing it to a customer. I worked fast food before and never had an issue because I actually took pride in my job.

To whom it may concern, I went to this location this morning ordered my coffee like normal, I get cane liquid sugar bc the employees never know how to mix the normal sugar into the drink. I get my drink and there’s no sugar at all in. Mind you this isn’t the first time this has happened. Dunkin consistently hires people who hate their jobs and you can see it all over their faces that they don’t like their job and they clearly don’t know how to do their jobs when these mistakes consistently happen no matter what Dunkin I go to. If America runs on Dunkin don’t you think they wanna see smiles in the morning and to enjoy their order the correct way and not however your employees see fit. Do better Dunkin. ALL DUNKINS!!!

Ok I just wrote such a long, glowing review about this location then toggled away for a second and lost it! I’ll try to quickly recap and come back later with more detail. Excellent service. Super clean and organized. The iced tea was perfectly brewed (rare at other Dunkins). Coffee was hot and fresh. Munchkins actually had some glaze on them!! Seriously the best Dunkin I’ve had in YEARS. We’ll be back!

I have tried drive thru and going inside to order donuts, coffee, or a breakfast item and each time I am not fully satisfied. They are always out of a flavor I want or the coffee is not made right. The customer service could be better, usually a hit or miss with who is working at the time.

What happened. All new employees. Cars are backed up to the joining street. Phone orders aren’t started. People waiting for orders inside being asked what they ordered. Where is the owner??? I got home and was missing part of my order?

The drive thru might work more efficiently if your girls weren’t standing at the counter looking down and scrolling on their phones while my order sits there getting cold. Always a gamble with this location if you are going to be disappointed.

Every time I come here, my order is either incorrect or just done poorly. I come to this Dunkin’ because it’s convenient for me and usually the food is at least decent but today it was just so dry and made incorrectly. The sausage was overcooked & dry and my english muffin was not cooked plus the wrong cheese was on it. Of course, it’s Dunkin so it’s not like I expect 5 star food so I put in a complaint on the app and got my money back. Even though all of this is true, the staff is ALWAYS so nice and they all have excellent attitudes!

I never do reviews unless they are good reviews. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. The two girls working the window this morning on November 7th 2025 at 10:25am are always so rude and act like they are being forced to be there. This Dunkin needs some serious work in the customer service department.

Caitlin and the other girls are so professional and friendly, while giving us fast and great service. Our orders are always perfect. Noticed, however, today a very rude customer, even to the point, I was getting annoyed, they, however, handled it , while it took extra time, not being their fault, still showing great customer service. Impressive. Great Team !!!
