Previously I’ve had difficulties with receiving an accurate order, whether it be my coffee or breakfast, and only discover these issues halfway to work. This morning I did receive an accurate order, but couldn’t eat until I got to work, and opening up my sandwich to reheat it, unfortunately discovered it also included hairs melted into the cheese and intertwined with the bacon. I appreciate them finally following the customizations in my order, but for it to be fully inedible due to the hairs, I’m extremely disappointed. Idk what’s going on but I hope it gets figured out.

I went in there around 6:30 PM last night for the app of two good to go. Got one dozen donuts when I open the box when I got home, they were Valentine’s Day donuts, heart-shaped, and pink. When my children were eating them. One of my children handed me a doughnut and said hey this one looks funny and I looked over and it was green mold on the donut that I was sold that my kids were trying to eat Disappointed I should’ve known better knowing that I saw Valentine’s Day donuts on 18 February thought was crazy, but I figured maybe they’re still making Valentine’s Day donuts days after no I don’t think so. I think they sold me four day donuts.

Not real impressed with the customer service coffee was okay could have been better. The other Dunkin’ Donuts in Sanford was a lot better a lot more friendlier.
The gentleman at the cashier wasn’t real friendly. He didn’t know like what he was doing. Won’t be back there again.

I’m not a person who frequents Dunkin’ Donuts much. Thought I’d give them a try. I ordered a caramel latte, a hash brown bacon breakfast bowl, and a Boston cream doughnut. The latte was what you’d expect. The hash brown bowl was terrible. The bacon was burnt. I decided not to take it back and complain. I picked out the bacon and ate it. Then when I went to eat the donut I discovered it was hard and stale, at which point I decided to drive back and exchange it. They replaced it with another stale donut. Had this experience been good I might have re-discovered Dunkin’ Donuts and revisited the store. As it stands, I will never go back again.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke. I ordered the new cookie butter latte and 2 strawberry frosted donuts. They gave me a regular iced coffee and both donuts were place frosting down so it came off the donut onto the bag. The MANAGER lied to my face and told me that the drink they gave me was a cookie butter latte but when I tasted it it was a regular iced coffee and they CHARGED ME FOR A COOKIE BUTTER LATTE. It’s not the first bad experience with this terrible place. I won’t be going back there ever again and I hope the rest of you people see my post and don’t go there so they have to shut down and hopefully put something good there. Awful people awful experience. Lied right to my face. Ridiculous.

They’re always killing it at this location. They are always busy and manger is nice and very fast and efficient. The reason I’m giving a 2 star is because multiple times I’ve been there the girl with the red hair. That works the drive thru is super mean and rude. I let it slide the first time but the second time is un called for. It was to the point that my friend was on the car speaker and could hear everything on how rude she was and how she speaks to costumers. I love going cause clean fast and efficient but she really needs to be talked to about her attitude. As I think she feels she’s entitled that she can speak to anyone how she can.

This Dunkin’s quality has gone down tremendously, been going here every morning for that past few years. My order has always been messed up and today my order had bite marks in the sausage. I recommend everyone visit a different Dunkin then this one because they absolutely suck.

I ordered a cold brew and a donut through the app pickup inside the store. It’s very hard to get an employees attention because they are busy with drive thru orders. The iced coffee always tastes bitter to me here. There is wifi and the dining area is pretty dead if you need to sit and get work done. Restrooms are kept locked. Good luck getting an employees attention to give you the key.

We use DoorDash to get delivery and we’ve always ordered from this particular store since we live really close. .This Dunkin’ Donuts has always been hit or miss but today was horrible. I will never ever buy from this place again.. we bought a dozen every time we have our grandchildren over as they want donuts on Sunday and it’s a treat, but when you open up a box of donuts and their day old and that they’re so hard that the glaze is already cracked off of them and fall into the bottom of the box and the powdered sugar donuts are so hard their is no longer cream inside it’s hard and you have to take a knife to cut it The manager really needs to do something about that I ordered this morning at like 6:35 and it was delivered in no time 10-15 minutes, which was great. Everybody was still asleep and then I open the box and they’re horrible. Day old donuts – who serves rock hard old donuts . We will never buy from there again.
