Love the kiosk-only ordering system and even though I had my heart set on CinnaBon this was a great secondary option. The donuts were delicious and the fullfiment super fast, even this late in the day. Not the cleanest lobby on the Emerald Coast but it’s was understandable do to staffing.

This particular Dunkin’ is usually pretty steady. Even so I’ve always got my order in a timely manner. I maybe stop by here once a month or so and every time I do, it’s always good service with little wait time.

They leave old coffee sit all day and can not make drinks properly. If you complain or give them a bad review the woman manager bans you from the store. If you order something they don’t have she complains she needs to refund. Does she expect people to just take the loss. Horrible, train your staff. “ and you won’t get bad reviews.

I watched the manager be rude to customers. The customer walked in got her stuff and left. The manager then started yelling and called the police. Her lied to them just to damn a customer she never spoke to from the store. It was crazy. She clearly has an issue. It was Christmas Day of all days too. She also got rude with another customer because she did not train her staff how to make stuff properly. A number of customers have said this does not taste right. I have been sitting here for two hours and the place is horrendous ran by a person who clearly can’t manage. The coffee does taste bad. I see the red light on the coffee pot all morning. If I was not doing work. I would not have stayed. Won’t make that mistake again.

I walked in and immediately walked out. The management at this location has made a baffling decision—customers are required to order from a kiosk. That sends a clear message: human interaction isn’t valued here. Well, I prefer to spend my money at coffee shops that still appreciate the value of real customer service.

We came here twice during our time in Florida and both times were asked to pull forward to wait on them to bring the items out. To add to it, nobody was even behind us in line to make this make sense. The drinks were fine, but one visit we waited 10 minutes for 2 meal items and 2 drinks. I would skip this location and visit on with better service.

Nia was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, helpful, and quick to fill my order. The service was smooth from start to finish. I also noticed how immaculately clean the lobby area was when I walked in, which made the whole experience even better.

I’ve gone here now multiple times and once or twice it has been OK but almost every single time my drink is straight black coffee and has zero syrup or anything that is supposed to be added. It is so stout. I usually can barely drink it. Luckily, I get cold foam so that’s sweeten in a bit, but I don’t realize until I’m far away that it is wrong. I wont be ordering here again, either another Dunkin or Starbucks it is for me. The workers are never usually friendly either

I’m not usually a fan of Dunkin but we walked in and was helped immediately. Brittany was very helpful and made our drinks perfectly. Very sweet person. Place smelled clean of bleach and was very quiet.

Fast service. The ladies working the front were very patient and kind. It is helpful to know what you want beforehand, they aren’t the best with giving recommendations upon ordering.
The coffee tastes good (nothing spectacular) and is affordable compared to other chains. The donuts didn’t look fresh.
The area inside isn’t the cleanest, but most come to get drinks to go not to stay. I’d come here over Starbucks anyday
