Edit: Went back again and no complaints. I forgot I had placed a mobile order like an hour in and Deonte remade it for me no problem! Really good customer service! The drink was super freaking good too!
Hash browns seemed a little undercooked maybe. Coffee was good even when I forgot to get cream and bacon egg wrap was delicious. Loved the $5 meal on the app.
Customer service here is good, some days are better than others but overall they get my order right, and my coffee always comes out exactly how I like it. For me, that reliability makes all the difference.
Every time I stop by Dunkin’, Gabby absolutely makes my day. She’s super friendly, fast, and always gets my order perfect. You can tell she really cares about the customers—always greeting everyone with a smile and great energy, even during the busy rush. It’s rare to find someone so positive and professional. Huge thanks to Gabby for making my morning coffee run something to look forward to!

Slowest DD we’ve visited to date. We walked in and the Cashier took 11 minutes to take 1/2 of our order for 2 $6 meal deals then took another 10 minutes to tell her colleague to make our order. It took another 10 minutes for her to once more remind her colleague to make our order. We were the only ones in there at the start and 3 other people came in, ordered, got their meals and left. The drive thru lady was hauling butt …she must have fulfilled 8-10 orders while we waited. Our order started at 1:01 and we received our food at 1:41. We were dining in but decided to leave when we got our order.
The first 10-15 minutes the front worker, passed and looked at us three times without a single word; she even walked around the cash stand right in front of us and threw her hands up. She was obviously upset about something but still did not acknowledge us standing there.
Dunkin’ was the only place my grandpa wanted to go after his heart surgery.
After that happened two men walked in. One, tall lanky man with long messy hair, and another man shorter with a buzz. They went strait to the pick up portion.
Thinking it was a good idea because we hadn’t gotten any nod, wave, or welcome; we ordered online.
The two men talked to one of the workers for a few minutes, then they left. We still hadn’t been greeted. We started getting bothered, me particularly.
My grandpa is a very strong man, we had to practically beg him to get surgery. all he wanted was his coffee.
My grandpa was not upset at all, but when the girl made a coffee for the drive through car (that came after us btw) he looked at me and frowned saying “I thought that was mine” it broke my heart.
I can completely understand having a long day working in customer service, I do it every week. All that needed to be said is
-hi I’ll be right with you.
-I’m a little behind right now.
-thanks for your patience.
-I’ll get to you soon.
Finally, after she finished TWO drive through orders she looked at one of us and said, “I’m starting on yours now”
After she started they came out in good time. My grandpa was very happy and my drink was good too. The drinks were fine , it was just the service that stunk.
That girl looked really burnt out, it’s okay to be tired, but it shouldn’t get to a point it’s reflecting on the business. Two people were in that building. neither of them greeted us. It’s not all the cashiers fault, but it’s easy to be upset when she’s a foot away avoiding eye-contact.
