They were VERY busy this morning. All workers were hands on deck and handled every situation perfectly! You had cooks coming out yelling out orders to get out right away, someone spilled their whole coffee and they cleaned it up immediately while remaking the coffee. My iced Charlie was made completely wrong while I was not going to say anything the worker came up and mentioned it wasn’t made correctly and remade it. I appreciate their hard work!

I’ve tried this a couple of times thinking I may have been there when they were having an off day. After my most recent visit, I think it’s just business as usual. It’s dirty, the staff didn’t acknowledge me even though I was their only customer in the store. After a few minutes, one of them reluctantly took my order. The old fashioned donuts tasted like they were cooked in old oil and the ice cream selections were poor -lots of similar flavors, but didn’t have classics like black cherry, vanilla, plain chocolate. Weird experience. I probably won’t be back for a while.

Pulled up this morning on my way to work to buy a few dozen glazed donuts for my staff and was told “ we don’t have any glaze donuts” how does a donut shop not have any donuts? Lol. I’ve been turned away by previous managers before saying that I can’t get more than three dozen donuts without calling ahead. I just don’t understand how a donut shop would refuse to sell donuts and doesn’t have donuts. Like, how are they staying in business? I won’t be buying donuts at this location for my staff anymore.

Was at Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin donuts in DeFuniak Springs. Ordered 4 milkshakes, worst milkshakes ever. More milk than anything couldn’t even taste the flavor, milkshakes are suppose to be thick not overwhelmed with mostly milk. Only went there because Ed’s is closed on Sundays. Will not make that mistake again.

Today I downloaded the Dunkin app. Ordered a drink and a donut. Went through the drive thru, no cars in the line. I went straight to the window to get my order that I paid for online. The girl at the window told me that I had to go all the way around the store and back through the drive thru AGAIN, AND STOP AT THE SPEAKER. I said, why? Her response was that they have been robbed and now they make everyone stop at the speaker. I said, I’m not here to rob you, I’m here to pick up my order. She refused to give me my order until I drove all the way back around. I refused and said credit my account. The assistance manager refused to give me her name and the original girls name. I called the corporate office right there at the window so they could hear me. I have never been to a drive thru Dunkins and this is the last!!!! I have since uninstalled the Dunkin app!!!!!! I was only able to get my credit by calling the corporate office because they refused unless I drove all the way around the building!!! People, if you ever get treated so poorly for no reason, don’t put up with it, CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE. Horrible store, horrible employees!!!

This place certainly radiates that ‘pretty good’ vibe when coming inside. Not exactly the most wonderful place in the world to get drinks and food, since the only thing here that’s fresh is the coffee, but the place works quite well if you’re in a pinch for some nice, warm coffee and a donut once in a while. The staff is generally nice and well mannered, no one seems to have inherently bad intentions towards each other or the customers.

I hardly ever get unhappy with Dunkin. The last time I was there the service was bad so was the food. Don’t get me wrong I still will go there. I pray it gets better. We all have bad days.
