Usually everything and everyone is very nice. This morning not so much. I walked in the server literally looked like he just got out of bed. Did not greet or smile nothing. I placed my order and no thank you come back and see us nothing. I don’t use the drive thur because I usually like to order face to face. I guess everyone can have a bad day.

We had a terrible experience…HAD been going there for years. No it wasn’t just one issue. There had been others but more good times until this past weekend. Lost literality (5) customers in one bad order. We had been getting lighter cups of coffee here lately…found out this weekend…making 1/2 cups of coffee then just adding whip cream so you couldn’t see coffee line. This time it was about 1/4 of liquid in the cup, asked to be remade for a full cup…just added a full cup of milk and handed it back…literality!!
This is the 3rd time it’s happened just 1st time it was addressed…three different trips. LAST ONE was made this past weekend. And before you don’t care…we tip well, always in cash and always with a smile. And Sharron – Sandra whatever the manager name watched as this was happening.

Only ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant and I swear you can taste whatever they use to clean the flat tops/ grills. I don’t know what it is but it’s strong as hell whatever was in that breakfast sandwich. Had to throw it out and waste the money.

Unfortunately they don’t have less than a star for rating. Every single time I go to Dunkin they mess up my order, which is very simple. Sourdough sandwich with American instead of white cheddar. And every single time they screw it up. Today when I took it back to get it fixed they just slapped some American over the white cheddar! What a joke! I’m done with this place. I’m sure they don’t care but we spend $50 every morning here, Chicfila will be getting my business from now on.

Went with a mobile pickup through the drive thru. The drive thru person mentioned “you didn’t tip on the app”. How unprofessional and rude. Do better.

We will not return to Dunkin’ Donuts on Tyndall parkway in callaway florida. Our donuts came out aweful. We ordered 8 chocolate glazed donuts and 4 Boston cream donuts and their new toasty white chocolate latte. They told us after we paid that they had no chocolate glaze. Then we tried to cancel our order. Then the lady came back out with and attitude and said they have some chocolate glaze. As u can see in the picture it loolike they threw some chocolate on there. They never gave me my latte that a I paid almost 5$. We will not be back to Dunkin’ Donuts on Tyndall parkway callaway Florida our experience was aweful

I ordered donuts from the PTO for our school’s teachers and the staff was so friendly and kind! Thank you Shannon & everyone else! I wish I had caught the original person who helped me’s name. Yall were amazing!

8/31/25 @ 4:40pm…Dunkin Donuts Callaway drive-thru employee is absolutely rude and lacks professional customer service skills. Due to this, we did not place an order. It is such a disappointment when people fail to do their job but expect a pay check. Driving to the other location is an inconvenience but necessary. ZERO Star review for lack of customer service.

My bagel was so hard I had to throw it out
My frozen drink wasn’t blended to make frozen so the mix an ice chunks kept getting stuck non stop in the straw
