I don’t like to leave bad reviews, unless the experience truly pissed me off, which this did. I placed a mobile order, you can see the order in the one photo, and you can clearly see that I ordered bacon avocado toast. I grabbed my order, pull into a spot to make sure everything is there, and noticed that my avocado toast did not have bacon on it.
So, I go through the long drive-thru, again, explain what happened, and they tell me to pull up to the window. I get up there, ask them if they want it back, they said, “no,” but I showed them that there wasn’t any bacon on it, and the guy, who I believe was a manager, even said, and I quote, “the issue was that you didn’t have bacon, right?” To which I reply, “yes.”
I guess it’s my fault, though, for not checking right there at the window, because I leave, drive all the way home, open up the other box, and guess what, there’s no bacon. Anyway, I’m gonna go eat my bacon-less avocado toast, and be pissed off, because I’m not driving back.
The best part is, there was a cop behind me, and when I got to the window, I asked if it was true if cops got free coffee , and stuff, and he said, “it depends, but I usually hook them up.” I said, “oh, I was gonna ask if I could pay for his order.” He goes, “you can, if you want, it’s just a small coffee.” So, I do. It goes to show, that even when you do good deeds, you still, personally, get screwed.
Oh, and when I tried to call, it rang, then went to a fax machine, so I hung up, and when I called back, it was busy. I tried 5 times.

I love the get their breakfast bagel sausage egg and cheese sandwiches here. They are delicious and decently sized. They’re also always hot and fresh, you can pick which bagel you want them to make it out of or if you want a croissant instead and they’re price isn’t too high either. Just thinking about it now I think I’m going to stop there on my way to work to get one.

Thank you for the water with a hint of tea I said this tastes like water at the window and the girl hands me the small one and closes the window and walks away. 15 dollars on drinks for me to throw them away. This is ridiculous some of us work in hospitals all day and offices and barely make enough money but they want to make 20 dollars to serve people water.

I went for 2 frozen coffees, a sandwich and 2 donuts. I ordered and sat in line, got to the window and paid gave a tip and thought I was good. The drinks came out looking really good but my donut I asked for was not right. When I told the lady she seemed very confused. Told me to pull up. When I pulled up a man came out to give me everything. I checked for my donut and it was basically the same just a different type of donut. I told the man (who looked like a manager) that unfortunately it was wrong and he immediately raised his voice and said “well what DID you want then” I told him and he came out with ANOTHER wrong donut and I just couldn’t deal with it anymore. I understand it gets busy there but the attitude is super unacceptable. Especially from a manager. I would’ve waited at the window or even walked inside to not get that attitude again. I hope next time I go their attitude is fixed.

Five stars for the amazing service we received at Dunkin’ Donuts! The girls working the drive-through on Sunday night were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. My husband was curious about the 31 flavors of ice cream, and they took the time to explain each one with patience and enthusiasm. Even though it was late and they probably wanted to head home, they treated us with kindness and made us feel appreciated. Great service like this deserves recognition – thank you!

I have no idea what happened to this place in the last few months but I always loved coming here. Everyone was friendly and they didn’t hesitate to correct things. The manager who had glasses and was an older gentleman kept this place running smooth. Now there’s a younger guy who always appears disheveled and today he’s coughing AT THE DONUTS when we ordered them. Like turning to grab them and starts coughing without covering his mouth. Then he puts in a hot coffee for my mom after she said iced latte and we had to wait an extra five minutes for them to remake it. Can we please get the older gentleman back who actually kept this place nice??

I went inside to get two chocolate frosted donuts. There were kiosks to put your order in. I did all that, and I did not tip, I’ve worked tipped jobs my Entire working life and when I worked that places like DD, I didn’t get tipped
I am told they only have chocolate frosted with sprinkles, as they hand me the box, even though I could see chocolate frosted sitting in their donut rack. I don’t know if this is related, but I will start pointing out that they do in fact, have the doughnut that I want. This was at the Palm Coast, Florida location on Palm Coast Parkway
Then when I left, the sprinkler directly in front of my car, hose down my entire car. It was the only sprinkler that came on and it is 48° here, the lawn doesn’t need watering. I just hand washed my car two days ago.

I am usually not that particular but the night of November 14th, 2025 whoever was at the drive-thru window needs to watch how he does things. He proceeds to give me my money back then gives me my drink. As I am getting it in the cupholder he has coins of change in his hands and tells me “do you want your change or not?” When you gave me my drink in the middle of that whole transaction all he had to say is I got the rest of the change. Its not hard and if you gave me all the change first before handing my drink that whole process wouldnt of happened. I dont know who urinated in his breakfast but I was respectful the whole time !

I absolutely love Dunkin but I will tell you this Dunkin location has the worst service ever. Ashley works in drive thru and you can tell she absolutely hates her job. I come in here at least once a day and never have a problem but this past week I will be contacting EVERYONE about Ashley because she is just an immature childish old lady. I came through the drive through on Sunday (11/30) my coffee was made incorrectly my chicken bacon croissant looked like my 3 year old ripped it out the freezer and assembled it, the hashbrowns were at the bottom on the bag smashed all together, I instantly sent it back knowing I spent $22 on my breakfast. She had an attitude about it all, today Tuesday (12/2) I go back she proceeded to call her friends over to the window point at me and then her back to talk about me. What amazing customer service from you and to the palm coast managers at this location do a better job with who you hire.
