I had the most simple order – a large Mocha. What I received is far from what I ordered, and no one even mentioned ice. I wasn’t there to correct the situation, but when the person who picked up my order questioned whether this was a mocha, the employee responded “yes”. If this is what your employees think a mocha is, I highly suggest you shut down for a day to retrain because this is lacking common sense.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.
The food is absolutely awful.. burnt, cold, dry, and low quality. The croissant was flattened and inedible, the sandwich burnt, and the hash browns old dry and cold.
The service is even worse, the staff look miserable, act like they hate their jobs, and clearly don’t care about customers or the quality of the food. There’s no effort, no friendliness, and no pride in what they serve.
If you value your money, your time, and your health, DO NOT STEP FOOT in this place. Other Dunkin’ locations know how to prepare food and treat customers, but this one is an absolute disgrace.

Ive been going to this dunkin for years. Never had any issues with staff or being charged for something I didn’t purchase. Even after they added the new tip system after paying with card. Today I went and the total I was told compared to the charge on my account was different. They had added a tip after I tapped my card and when I confronted them I was told I must have accidentally added the tip but I was not given the chance to leave a tip as the staff pulled the pinned from me directly after I tapped my card. This new staff is sketchy and I will be reporting it to whoever I need to report it to!

No longer a fan of this place… Attitude and wrong orders. Today was the last straw for me. I went through drive thru and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and instead received an everything bagel with cream cheese. The sticker on the bag had the correct order. I parked, went inside and got a look of disgust when I kindly stated that I received the wrong item. The lady took the bag turned around and then came back a few minutes later with a new bag, handed it to me and then just went back to work. I am so sorry to be an inconvenience. I will spare you from that ever happening again. Also, I mentioned my frustration to a few co workers this morning and they stated that they also I have stopped going to this location because of issues as well. If trying to reduce your customer base is your current goal you guys are doing fantastic!!!

I doordashed my food pretty often from this Dunkin and every time it’s disappointing. I refuse to complain to DoorDash because it’s not their fault. I got a sweet black pepper bacon croissant, and it had three singular pieces of bacon on it. At first, I thought they forgot the bacon, but at least I got three pieces I guess. My hash browns are cold and hard. Feels like I got the ones that were sitting for awhile- when they literally take less than 60 seconds to warm up.
My advice for future customers: literally choose any other Dunkin. I’m tired of paying double the amount on DoorDash and not even
getting my food made correctly.
I called my coworker to share the experience with her, because we both constantly run into issues. She told me she went through the drive thru this morning, and asked for extra butter on the side- and they gave her an attitude and said they already put one in the bag.

This location is horrible. Went through the drive-thru this morning and when we pulled up to the window two employees were having a verbal argument. When we asked the cashier what was taking so long she stated “multiple drinks take awhile” we ordered TWO drinks. The entire time we were there, the two employees were verbally arguing with one another, throwing up their hands, etc. My order wasn’t taking so long because I had multiple orders, it was because the guy making the drinks was too worried about arguing with the other chick. Picture is dude arguing that was supposed to be making my drinks.

On Monday 8.25.25 @ 11am. I visited this location and had a great experience with staff getting my order. The inside & outside was well organize and clean. I observe a representative in particular his name was Jay who was the Lobby Leader and did an outstanding job offering excellent customer service. Jay welcomed & said goodbyes to customers Blessing them on their way out to rest of the day. It made my start if the day at positive one. Thank You!

You will spend 20 minutes in line. They always ask me to repeat my order and still get it wrong. Coffee never tastes like the other dunkins around, like they’re using sink water to brew it.
The inside is clean and nice.

If I could give negative stars I would! This is the second Sunday that we’ve stopped by for donuts after church and they’re all gone. This time, we went in and the gal’s attitude was terrible. I asked if they were any jelly donuts and she pointed to the case and said this is all we have. I said, “are any of them jelly”? She rolled her eyes and said ” these are literally all we have” in the most sarcastic and rude voice. I left and had to remind myself that I just left church. Ugh! I will not go back.
