Slowest Dunkin Donuts ever. Consistently wait 25 minutes plus for around 6 cars. These guys are brutal… coffee is meh, they don’t have long johns. Driving to the 15 minutes to the green cove location may be faster…

I have carefully observed and reflected on my recent visits to the Dunkin location on Henley. Unfortunately, it has become evident that the issues I encountered are not isolated incidents but rather a recurring trend at this specific establishment. One of the main concerns I have identified is the lack of engagement and communication from the staff towards customers. For example, there were instances where orders were ready for pickup, but customers, including myself, were not promptly informed. This led to unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Moreover, specific requests, such as adding cookie butter syrup to a Matcha order, were overlooked despite being paid for. The staff’s lack of acknowledgment and resolution when these errors were pointed out was disappointing. Additionally, there were cases of incorrect orders and subpar service, like receiving a half-filled coffee cup instead of the large size ordered. The need to repeatedly ask for corrections and the absence of proactive service further added to the overall dissatisfaction. As a loyal customer who has had positive experiences at other Dunkin locations, I am disheartened by the consistently below-par service at this particular branch. I am left questioning whether this level of service aligns with Dunkin’s overall culture and values, especially when compared to my previous experiences at other locations.

I thought having a location closer to the house would be great, but I have had nothing but issues with the location. They consistently get orders wrong, l thought I had just ordered it wrong but when I go to a different location and order it the same way I receive the correct items. Today we ordered a Kreme Delight Donut and a Marble Donut. We received a Marble Donut and Maple Donut. I’ve also ordered a Plain Bagel with no cream cheese and have gotten a incredibly burnt plain bagel with a thick layer of cream cheese, on many different occasions.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Layana! I went through the drive thru today and picked up 2 mobile orders and when she came to the window I decided to ask a weird question. I am new to the latte game and asked her about them and she explained the latte process to me and she was friendly, respectful and didn’t seem bothered about the question. Anyway, I left and when I tasted my latte it was actually the best one I have gotten since I’ve been getting them, so I immediately called and spoke to her and told her how grateful I was. She was very happy to hear the compliment and I can’t wait for her to make me another one! Thank you Layana! I hope you get recognized for your awesome attitude, service and kindness! I’ll be back! The 5 stars are for you!

By far the worst location I’ve been to when it comes to the way my drink taste. Idk if it’s an automated dispenser for the product but mine is always disgusting and they’re always out of what I order for food. I just wait to go to the San Jose location.

Gave the benefit of the doubt several times. The coffee is very bitter. The line is either really slow and you might get a good coffee, if it’s a fast line, you’re guaranteed a bad coffee. It was really nice getting a dunkin so close to home but it’s not worth it and is a waste of money. The dunkin on 218 is a bit of a drive but very delicious, this dunkin should take notes from its neighbors.

My family went thru the drive thru. Upon getting to the service window the employee was rude and asked for a tip. Handed my family their order then closed the window. No other interaction or greeting, then closed the window. My family tried to get the employee’s attention to get a receipt. Worker opened the window and with attitude after my wife asked if there was receipt, stated “did you ask for one”. My wife still not get a receipt. I called once my family returned home and told my the interaction. When I called the employee working the drive thru answered and was very short on the phone. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service the employee accused my wife of being rude and asked why I was yelling at her and that she was just an employee and I was old. Why is there no manager or supervisor on the grounds during ALL working hours. This employee’s attitude is unacceptable and needs to be dismissed from her position. No matter the circumstances!

I met clients here to sign thir Loan Docs for their new home. Friendly staff and good music. Overall great atmosphere and clean environment. Definitely will make this a meeting place againin the future! Oh, & Iced coffee is always yummy.

It’s great to have a DD nearby, however, the service is sometimes friendly but terribly slow. I ordered Donuts 15 minutes in advance and when I arrived, they weren’t ready. Another customer even got upset about waiting inside the store. Not to mention, I’ve never had a delicious coffee – it’s really unpleasant.
