First time trying the dunkin in are area green cove springs Florida. I didn’t have a good experience. I had to wait about 4 minutes no problem with that. When I got my food my croissant was cold in the middle an I got the loaded tots the bacon was cold an burnt the tots was burned . I would have expected better cause I never had a problem like this at a dunkin no where else

usually a regular at this Dunkin’ in Green Cove Springs, but this visit was disappointing. There was only one employee (a male) handling all the orders, while the female worker was reportedly in the bathroom and later seen going outside. The male employee seemed overwhelmed but still remained polite and told us to have a great night.

I ordered two drinks, a ham and cheese croissant, and a bagel with cream cheese. I had to go back up and ask for the cream cheese and a knife — which should have been included. The service felt rushed and unorganized, likely because one person was left to handle everything. Not the best experience this time around.

I order two drinks. One frozen coffee asked for a small (the gentlemen charged me a meduim) and the second drink i asked for a hot meduim protein latte (the gentlemen charged me a meduim iced latte with protein milk) smh. Obviously the workers at this location are moving to fast because they are ringing up incorrect orders and over charging their guest/customers. After payment while i was waiting for my beverages, an empolyee was mopping the lobby i notice a smell lingering and took a look at the mop water they were using and it was disgusting. The mop water was black/grayish no soap at all. Totally unacceptable. I got my drinks and told one of em that it was suppose to be a hot coffee not iced. They remade the drink into a hot coffee. When i took a sip it was not not even warm. I asked if they can remake my drink again but hot this time. This type of experince will make someone not return. Dunkin Donuts (higher ups) need to do a better job hiring and having the right ppl represent their company better. With that type of service you will lose business.

I ordered a coffee and a cheese egg omelette. It took them almost an hour just to serve the coffee, and even then it was completely cold. When I asked for my wrap, they told me they would first finish all other coffee orders for other customers before giving me mine. When I requested a refund, they were extremely rude and told me to speak with the manager to get it. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered donuts online and drove to the store to pick them up. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. And my order was not on the to go rack. So I assumed that it wasn’t ready yet after 10 minutes of ordering. So I sat in the store for another Five, still nobody acknowledging me. So I assumed it was my mistake and the order didn’t go through.So I re-ordered online since nobody acknowledged me and sat there for another 10 minutes. No order was placed on the to go rack so I went to the counter and stood there while no one acknowledged me, and when I asked someone for help, I was treated as if I was interrupting them. After being there for more than 15 minutes. Come to find out my order was placed behind the counter the original order. But I had paid for two orders they could not refund my money for the second order because it was paid with Apple Pay. And when I asked if I could just get the second order that I paid for I was treated as if I was the problem if you don’t want people coming in to the store, then lock the doors and only offer drive-through because it seems like people walking in are not wanted in any way.

Why can’t this dunkin get their crap straight! It’s the only Dunkin in green cove springs. Lots of people work in this town and we expect great service as well as getting what we ordered and getting it correct. The morning and during lunch is always busy. Manager, make sure you have a strong staff during those times. Make sure your employees are trained properly and listen to what the customer says in person or in the drive thru. I hear people all the time complain that they don’t get what they ordered. Today is a prime example. I went through the drive thru before work and i asked for a small caramel iced latte with almond milk and 2 extra pumps of French vanilla. I said it slow enough to allow the person taking the order to type it into the system. I pick up my order and find that it has no caramel or almond milk. I can’t drink regular milk. What was the problem that the order is incorrect? This all has to do with the managers and training.

I was there around 12:30, expected lunch hour busy, unexpected 1 out of only 2 employees there doing most of the work. Guy in back couldn’t care less, the guy at the drive threw and the counter had to make drinks and everything else, except walk from the back to the front and back to hiding in the back. Considering everything I think the one guy virtually by himself was handling the situation pretty good.

Original 1 star: My son wanted some doughnuts on the parade day [ 6 dec 2025 ]. The 2 guys who were trying their best did not keep tabs on the orders and the doughnut flow was ignored entirely. When they finally adressed doughnuts…they just took yelling customers instead of order in the flow from oldest to newest. As a result I stood around for over 40 min only to tell my son no one was listening and all of the doughnuts he wanted eventually ran out. He didnt get his doughnuts or even a refund option to even get into this GROUPME to get a refund the guy in the white tee offered to other patrons. Management should have first been present and then brought on staff for the parade day.

3 star update: Came in the next day with my son to resolve the issue. The lady was very polite and resolved the issue favorably. Thank you for the prompt resolution.

This location is always out of everything. I dont normally leave negative reviews but this place has gotten on my last nerve. For the fifth time now myself and other customers were frustrated because theyre out of everything when we try to order and our drinks arent made correctly. Two of the customers were cussing them out and while I dont think that was ok I also understand the frustration of the store being bare and your order being wrong, especially when its a repeated occurrence. They need help or management needs to be addressed.
