I walked in and the staff took a while to acknowledge my presence. Once she walked over, I told her good morning. She never said a word. I ordered. Each time she sat an item down, I told her thank you. Again, she never said a word. She had the most inconvenienced and disgusted look on her face. Dunkin’ never provides Starbucks level customer service, but this was the worst customer service I have experienced at a Dunkin’.

Went today after class and ordered a item on my app apperently they did not have yet. That was ok but when I got to the first window I was polite but the person at the window shoved me my donuts and said hatfully pointing saying you can pull to the second window… the girl at the second window handed me my coffee and said nothing until I said have a good day. Order wasn’t even right. Never again

This is an average Dunkin Donut at best. The staff was friendly, but not good at their job. The donuts and muffins were stale. We got two ice coffees, both made wrong.

This is the first Dunkin in the south that didn’t douse my iced coffee with sugar! Thank you! My mobile order was fast and I appreciated how clean the inside was. I was in a rush so I’m glad I got in and out quickly.

Upon entry inside, 4 customers in line with 5 staff. The lady in front of me left in disgust about the wait. I walked out of the place exactly 52 minutes later. Initially I was provided regular coffee but needed decaf. An Uber driver came in, went through several orders and found hers. She left saying things under her breath. She actually touched each order on the counter. The drive thru line was having issues as well. The lead staff, maybe a manager, came from somewhere making attempts to correct all the wrongs. She finally made the much needed decaf for me. All the staff were pleasant and my coffee was eventually perfect. Perhaps this was an off day for all those from behind the counter. I’ve been here in the past with no problems. I’m an overly patient, easy going guy and was loving all the gestures from the staff and the customers. I’d stayed even longer just for the show.

The ignorance and rudeness at this place was out of this world. I would never suggest nor recommend this location to anyone. They were interested in chit-chatting. Three different people took my order and they ask for someone else to take my order…..

Avoid this place. Like all other comments. Staff is very rude . Taking orders and not completing orders. When we mentioned that they were not polite they said they didn’t care. Other customers also stated that this is a rude place. 27th Feb 2022 4pm . Let’s see if management fixes the issues. Seems many comment mention time of day. So there should be no excuse for this.
