Went here for coffee two mornings in a row the first morning it took forever to get two cappuccinos inside the store the second morning went through the drive thru got the cappuccinos pretty fast but they were Luke warm at best this was a Sunday and Monday morning we were not very impressed but the drinks did taste good at least. If you go I hope you have a better experience.

This Duncan use to be my favorite coffee shop but lately the coffee is just cream sugar and flavor not coffee not sure if anyone else has noticed but this morning was the worse coffee I ever payed for I ordered a cold brew with cream sugar butter pecan coffee and got a milky white sugar drink with a bit of yellow in the bottom which was my butter pecan flavoring so a stirred the drink and got a slight beige tint to my milky white drink . I am not sure why the drinks don’t contain coffee any more but it cost an extra dollar to get a shot of espresso in your drink that should already taste and smell like coffee .The total cost of our coffee every morning is almost ten dollars I feel like Duncan is ripping people off . My husband and I will be looking for another coffee shop to go to every morning.

Today was the first time I tried this place for breakfast, and I ordered what I usually get when I go to starbucks. Instead of spending $8 for my drink, I was pleasantly surprised to get the exact same drink for less than $5. The hummus toast with roasted red peppers was tasty too!

This DD location is right around the corner from my house which is AWESOME but so bad for my bank account. The staff here has always been so kind to my family and I, and they prep their drinks and or food well. However, and this is for all DD’s not just this location, I really wish they would stop putting icing Covered donuts in bags. This makes for an even bigger mess, especially for little ones! I added a picture of this and you can see the icing on the top one is coming off and that donut is stacked on another iced donut. Such a mess!

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts restaurant in Augusta Georgia. The young lady that served us at the window this morning at around 11:30 AM was fantastic! She was very attentive and had the right attitude for outstanding service. I gave her a tip, and I never tip! The restaurant is always clean and service is always A1.

Service is declining since my last review update. Drive thru and curbside are really good however the order ahead and pick up inside is extremely hit or miss. Coffee has been hit or miss on quality and the hot eats have still been sub par. With not fully heated hash browns or wraps still a bit frozen. Random closing of the dining area, that’s not noted in the app.
