The reason I give this place one start that I ask for less ice and they wanted to try it and give me half a drink. Then they stated I had to pay an extra dollar fifty if I wanted more drink in my cup because of the type of drink. I told them legally, I paid for a drink.There is no sign stating that I need to pay more if I get less ice. SonThey end up filling my cup up. The employees are great people. I could see it in their face and their hospitality The management system is very corrupt. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I go there. Then my sandwich only had one and a 1/2 piece of bacon. Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts, I’ve traveled all over the world.I’ve never been treated like this.The hash Browns were cold and soggy.Looks like they’ve been fried in old oil. It happened once I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it happened again. They will no longer get business from me. Inform from what I’m reading on the comments.I’m not the only one they tried to scam.

My husband and I walk to Dunkin Donuts at the location at least three times and we are always greeted with kindness and smiles. We sit and have our coffee/tea made to perfection and enjoy the workers who seem to truly enjoy their job. The morning crew especially are fabulous. Thank you to Dunkin for hiring such a wonderful crew.

I cannot say enough nice things about this Dunkin’ Donuts!! Everything is perfect. Every time I get it food is always hot. The drinks are amazing and the staff is super friendly. I will drive across town if I have to just to come to this one! The staff is always so friendly, especially Alana, Rachel and Ansley!! They brighten my day every time I go through the drive-thru!!

I walked in, unsure of my order. In standing there for 3 mins or so. Three different people came over two of them multiple times to make contact with me. They weren’t pushy or rushing me, they just wanted to make sure I was being waited on properly. It should be normal in customer service but it is becoming the less and less common. Thank you Dunkin’ for exhibiting the standard.

Went through drive through and ordered coffee snackin bacon and hash browns. I only reviewed hash brown and coffee. I called several times since 7am throughout the day and the phone just rings and rings. Now it’s 2pm and still no answer. Guess I have to stop by there in the AM prior to work.

ordered Donuts from them on the 30th for pick up on the 31st……AWFUL!!!!!! old as can be……picked them.up at 4pm, ate first one around 6, they were so.old. They said they bake them fresh but they were not fresh…..so sad…..will never go back there!!!!!!!
