The morning staff at this location is amazing! They have excellent customer service and they are really friendly. No matter how long the line may look , I’m never in line more than 5 minutes ! Even during a rush they’ve never messed my order up . I definitely recommend this locations

They got our order incorrect at first. Which was confusing because there were only 3 other customers in the store, and the other customers only ordered coffee. They fixed our order after with some confusion. Also, they neglected to tell that they were out of the waffle bread until after we made an order for the waffle sandwich. They subbed in for croissants but I would have liked to have known that ahead of time. The location is clean, for the most part and the staff were nice, but I would have preferred slightly better service.

Dunkin’ Donuts is the best place to be when we want to celebrate or we are simply in happy-chappy mood. Apple fritters and headlights are the most favorite Donuts along with a cup of hot coffee. So many times out of stock if late. Otherwise best place to be and enjoy!!!

For the past year I’ve been getting an iced matcha latte with oat milk with 8 shots of butter pecan and 8 shots of blueberry. I’ve never been charged for additional butter pecan nor blueberry shots. Today 09/08 I was charged $1.20 for additional shots. I tried to explain to staff that I’ve been getting this drink for the past year and never been charged for additional shots. They told me I should’ve been charged this entire time. I feel they didn’t understand where I was coming from and feel they should’ve removed the charge as a one time courtesy and charged me for the additional shots next time since I’m now aware that additional shots cost.

Received the wrong order. Orderd 2 barvarian cream filled and got white icing filled with chocolate frosting on top and a jelly filled donut. They did not seem o be fresh. Did not notice until I got home. To far to take back. Ended up throwing away.

Stopped for a large latte, we’ll it turned out to be a small at best. Asked for one pump of flavoring, it may have only been one pump but because it wasn’t a large as requested it was too sweet. The coffee was also not as hot as I am accustomed too, will not visit this location again, this was their second chance and as the first time it was not correct. The pictures show just how much was in the cup when I got to work. Wow!

Called up to Dunkin Donut talk to shift lead. Was told that that’s how much I get because of the foam in the cappuccino. Paid 9.70 for 2 large. If I wanted a small ill get a small. Even forgot to put whip cream in it. I did not get a sorry or anything. Will not go back there ago.
