First time at Dunkin’ Donuts in it was a mistake to go here. People are not too friendly. I ordered a bacon, grilled cheese and got to work only to bite into a grilled cheese, no bacon inside called the store, the girl who answered had the attitude of okay, what do you want me to do about it? No apology, no, I’m so sorry that we screwed up order nothing. We’ll never go back to this place again.nReally?Wish thompson would get a Krispy Kreme. Nobody takes pride in their work anymore

Service was quick and friendly, and everything else was great. The only issue was the sticky floors — felt like they’d been mopped with syrup! It’s a small thing, but as a former restaurant manager, that kind of detail makes me wonder about the overall cleanliness.

My granddaughter ordered a bagel w cream cheese, egg and bacon, well..no cream cheese, when she brought it 2 the girls attention, she was rude n mocking her, I’m glad I wasn’t there w her, or her grandpa, get it together Thomson. Bought some donuts finally last night just to make sure I had something with my coffee this morning. I spent 9 and change for 6 donuts. To my surprise I was totally disappointed with the taste. I had to spit it out . I guess it’s just me , but what I remembered is the soft donut taste , and smell when you get them fresh from the counter.
But this morning I had what seemed to be a cardboard tasting, process like material. I should have known better when I entered the store and the little girl kept telling me we are out of certain flavored donuts, and we don’t have anymore.
So I asked what’s the best time to come in and buy donuts ,”morning” .
I’m guessing with my assumptions , the donuts are made elsewhere so what I received last night might have been old or from this mornins shipments? Who knows.. but at least I was able to try the place out, and I’m sure not to return due to the fact that ,the donuts are not made in house , and donuts should have a donut taste. The store was super clean , I hope they make it in Thomson ..

They had maybe 12 donuts left. The girl behind the counter was more concerned about what was going on on her phone than the 2 customer’s. And her boyfriend kept coming in and out. I ordered a blueberry donut and when I got home I find i was given a blueberry muffin.

Hands down my favorite Dunkin! I don’t know what they do but their drinks are perfect every time! Better than any other Dunkin I’ve ever had!
