I got two bagels at the drive through and they were very old and rock hard. I always order untoasted bagels and they are super soft and delicious. Avoid this place also the girl at the window was kinda rude. Yep not using this location anymore

Ordered the Wicked tin with 10 donut holes. The young girl at the window knowingly handed me an empty Tin. Thankfully I checked the tin before leaving the window. I explained I wasn’t paying $10+ for an empty tin. She offered me one single donut. Absolutely not. No, thank you.
With 7 ladies standing on the line how are you “out of donut holes” and offer me a replacement of one single donut for a fraction of the price I just paid. We haven’t been here in a while due to the cam never get our order right and won’t be back.

This is the closest Dunkin to our home, so by default, where I’ve going for years. I’ve noticed over the last several months the quality of the food has drastically gone down. Croissants are always discolored and burnt. Bagel bites are either hard as a rock or cold and not cooked. Iced coffee is hit or miss at times too, with coffee tasting too bitter.
I’ve talked with the employees about it in drive through to give a heads up, because it’s not like that at either Dunkin’s around (Riverwood and Grovetown).

Coffee was great but inside was trashed, tables were dirty, my kids wouldn’t use the bathroom because of the conditions they were in. No soap no toilet paper, no paper towels. Wouldn’t recommend going in here just use the drive through

i would stop here from time to time when i was this direction instead of my usual RW stop, but the girl that was working the window has ruined this place for me. She got an attitude over me wanting to have my cold foam that i PAID an UPCHARGE for, then only gave me a splash, instead of pouring a little coffee out to make room for the cold foam, she overflowed it and gave me this disgusting dripping mess of a cup with coldfoam and coffee all over the side. It was also the worst made coffee i have ever had at Dunkin. I am still just flabbergasted by this experience. Ill just stick to Riverwood and stay away from this location.

Order is never done when I arrive even if I order 30 minutes out, they need to pull all of these stickers up for this location. I understand ever now and again being behind but I’ve literally walked in with no customers in the building and one car in the drive though and everyone is standing around behind the counter and find my order hasn’t even been started. This has happened numerous times at this location and I’ve been to others and never have this issue

When I noticed these black specks in my coffee yesterday, I assumed they were coffee grounds. When I noticed these black specks all over my food today, I decided not to return to this location for the second time. Prior to the renovation there were issues with Sanitation and clearly those issues have not been resolved.

I just left I’m the only customer 5am , I gave her my order and she repeated it get to the windows coffee not ready ! When she do makes it she texting on her phone ! Then she fix the coffee ! It wasn’t even what I ask for ! Cause she was to busy on her phone!

This location is mediocre at best. Drinks are very inconsistent and they need better quality control. I’d much rather spend my money at a local small business like rooted coffee! Way better quality and priced similarly at this point. Egg bites I order for my daughter, way over done. I’ve complained at a higher level previously and they didn’t really care Honestly.

I have been a regular here for almost a year. These past few times have been terrible. The sausage on my sandwich was dry like a slim jim, inedible. I ordered an iced coffee that tasted like mud water. Undrinkable. And they’ve been getting my coffee wrong a lot lately. It was never like this before, what changes happened that made the quality go down so much? They all need re-trained. The food and service were impressively good for many months, but not anymore.
