I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ for quite a while, stopping in a couple of times a week on my way to work or school drop-off. Unfortunately, I’ve reached the point where I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The biggest issue is consistency and efficiency. The lines are often extremely long, which I understand during busy morning hours — that’s exactly why I started using the mobile app. Ordering ahead should make pickup quick and seamless. Lately, though, my mobile orders are not started until I arrive and ask about them. I’ll walk in, stand at the pickup area, and no one acknowledges me. When I show my phone and ask about my order, someone grabs the receipt and begins preparing it then. That defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead.

Customer service has also been disappointing. There’s rarely a greeting, smile, or acknowledgment — just blank stares while customers wait. I don’t expect over-the-top enthusiasm, but basic courtesy goes a long way, especially during the morning rush.

Additionally, napkins are never included with donut orders. I politely ask every time, and it consistently feels like an inconvenience. Frosted donuts and napkins should go hand in hand — that shouldn’t require a special request.

Lastly, the way the donuts are packaged has become frustrating. They’re often placed on top of one another, upside down, with icing sticking to the bag. I’ve even taken photos because it happens so frequently. It’s disappointing to open the bag and see the product damaged before I’ve even left the parking lot.

I understand that mornings are busy, but this location is fully staffed and still manages to be the slowest and least welcoming breakfast spot in town. I’m not writing this to be harsh — just to share honest feedback from a regular customer who really wanted this location to be better.

I hope improvements are made.

I like to savor my almost $6 drink whenever get myself a treat, so I ask for less ice because I dont like drinking a watered down beverage.. sometimes the cup is still full to the top when I order this way, sometimes it is not and I get it. But SOMETIMES the employees at this dunkin act like the 20 ml difference that less ice makes in your drink is coming directly out of their pay check lol.. if my dink is alittle less full because i dont want a cup full of ice, thats cool. But a drink that looks like this and a have a nice day.. almost just sounds sarcastic. Definitely not worth the $5.98.. genuinely wondering- does me ordering less ice somehow negatively impact the employee in someway to warrant this ridiculous looking drink?

Slow, stinky, and shorted. Been to Dunkin’ plenty but this was my first and last experience at this location. The drive thru line was forever long so we went inside, no big deal. Upon walking in the building and an aroma that wasn’t the pleasant smell of a Dunkin’ roast. It stank. Ordered a hot latte, a coffee, and a donut. Then proceeded to stand for 15 mins waiting for the beverages to be made. At least two customers that ordered similar beverages after my arrival were served first. When I did get my drinks the latte was EXTREMELY light. I might as well have saved a few bucks and gone to the Starbucks down the road for a drink. Never again. Should have read the reviews before my hurried stop.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional and unfriendly workers. Doesn’t matter if you order hours in advance, you may not get what you ordered. We ordered a large assortment of munchkins right after lunch to be picked up at 5pm for a party. Showed up to pick up the order at 5 and they had just sold the last of the munchkins to the person in the drive thru. They did not offer to make more and said there was nothing they could do and we could just take it up with corporate.

This store would run more efficiently if their manager wasn’t outside smoking every time I arrive. Meanwhile there’s a line of cars wrapped around the building.

Everything about this dunkin donuts yells Calhoun.
I’ve seen them treat other people all bubbly and everytime I come it’s a long wait and crappy attitude. The manager there is a miserable being.

I order the same coffee everyday for months and they still have to triple confirm or get it wrong there is one girl there that makes it perfect thats literally it.

I’ve worked and been a customer at dunkin for over 10 years this is just another place that represents calhoun perfectly.

I saw my coffee made placed down and then walked away from I sat there for 5+ minutes just waiting for it to be passed to me instead they decided to work on the customer behind me that customer stood at the window for 10 seconds.

it’s clear as day whats the difference between that customer and I but truthfully it is what it is for now.

Nice clean modern looking Dunkin’s. There was a smaller variety of donuts than others I’ve been to, but still all the favorites. The people were very nice.

UPDATE: I boosted my rating from a three to four stars. I visited this to Dunkin several times during my week long visit in Calhoun. The first couple of visits, they tended to be quite slow and a bit disorganized. But it improved after that with no issues or delays.

This Dunkin location deserves ZERO stars but that’s not an option. Don’t waste your time because they surely will waste yours- long wait time, girl at the drive thru window can’t hear or doesn’t pay attention to your order, & then when THEY mess up completing said order there is no consideration or apology to the customer. Absolutely NO customer service offered. There are way to many restaurant options around to chose this place!

Rating based off only ordering a sausage egg cheese croissant and coffee. The croissant is really bad. The sausage is awful tasting. Couldn’t finish it. The coffee did not come as I ordered it. And zero napkins in the bag. I ordered at the drive-thru.
