To be honest, this Dunkin location doesn’t even deserve one star. I went this morning to get breakfast for the family. Ordered the $6 meal deal I saw on the screen it was a bagel asked if it could be a croissant instead and she said no it’s already made. Would NOT give me a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I had to pay for another. Mind you, I was at the screen asking for that change. Not at the window. I did not order, pull around, and then ask for a change. I’d understand that. The attitude, the overall experience was horrible. Will not be back. Very very poor management. When I got back and told my dad about the experience, he told me about his the day before. He was trying to order ice cream in store. He waited around 15 min inside and no one helped him. He said ma’am can I order ice cream and he said with a poor attitude she responded you have to go to the screen and place it. She would not take his order and scoop it at the ice cream station like we have always done it all our life. Very dehumanizing. What is the world coming to? It takes $0 to be kind and a decent human. Literally grab a bowl and the scooper and say yes sir I can get you here. Not a big deal. So very sad. Dunkin, I hope you address this issue and fix this locations service ASAP.

I’m a Dunkin’ fan but can’t believe my recent service. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but the order screen didn’t show it on an English Muffin. I questioned the employee and they said sourdough. After ordering with sourdough I pulled up the English Muffin on my phone. When I got to the window I requested the change. I was told it was already made and too bad!! Customer service is the key to business success. The customer is always right! I may never return.

Brand new store and they are working out a few bugs. Staff is friendly and courteous. Standard Dunkin and Basking Robbins offerings. Prices seem a little high compare to other DD, but I could be wrong. Good parking and convenient location.

I made a mobile order accidentally ordering 2x the same order. Used the mobile drive through lane, got to the window and the cashier threw her hands up (like “what?”). I told her i had a mobile order and it was 2x the same. She grabbed my drinks and shoved them into my window causing me to loose one of my lids. She disappeared and another employee came with my doughnuts and apologized. I told her it was alright, i pulled over and checked my doughnuts and one was missing. I made a mobile app complaint and received 500 points for the ordeal.

The person at the drive-thru really hated there job. Very short and really didn’t want to be there. The coffee was burnt and the grilled cheese was barely warm much less toasted with melted cheese

Understaffed! Went in for a donut and stood at the counter 10 minutes and the workers ignored me. I have been here a couple times and it’s always inconsistent

Went and ordered a latte and paid extra for extra espresso, the drink still tasted like pure milk. I called and asked if I could come back to have them remake it and they refused. They were so rude and even said they’d check the cameras to make sure they made it right they could’ve just remade it and saved all that hassle. I paid nearly $8 for a crappy drink. I won’t make the mistake of going to Dunkin over Starbucks next time.
