Staff is friendly but this is constantly the slowest fast food or restaurant I’ve ever been too. It’s not uncommon to wait in line for 20 minutes.

I like this Duncan, I come here all the time. However, they need to have a better system of delivering mobile orders to customers inside. It seems they go through the receipts only making the easy stuff, even if it’s only half an order. Every time I come in here, I get my drink and then have to wait and ask for the rest of my order. Today, there’s an entire counter of drinks sitting there and a long line waiting for the rest of their orders. Im not sure what the system is now, but I think it would help if they changed it to fulfill entire orders and get customers out instead of making everyone wait
