After being charged twice with no order on the mobile app in Oakwood, I decided to go to this one. Was able to actually get an order in but it definitely took over 15 minutes for 2 drinks, a donut and a sandwhich. The sandwhich is soggy, and I truly don’t understand how the same exact coffee I order tastes different every time from any dunkin. Not to mention you have employees literally just messing around in front of customer view. You had one girl mopping who was basically guarding the door, she gets a phone call then disappears to the bathroom for the entire time?? (15+ minutes). You then have another employee just leaning out in front of the counter, phone in hand, chit chatting it up and cussing while on her “break”. Customers shouldnt be hearing this nor be seeing it, highly unprofessional behavior. During all of this we still only had 3/4 items. When she went back around the counter to i guess end her break, my s/o said “hey we still have something missing from our order” and she goes “the donut?” so if you knew, you couldn’t have told anyone else to get it? I mean the case is right there, that honestly should’ve been the first thing I got. I didn’t get anyone’s names but the only two employees that looked like they were actually doing something was the girl actually making the drinks (with no help) and the gentleman that gave me my order. Don’t expect to be paid more if you can’t have decorum at your workplace.

For the love of God teach your employees how to make sweet tea. The amount of times I get unsweetened or just weird stuff is absurd. Today I got unsweet vanilla tea it was disgusting. Getting a sweet tea shouldn’t be so difficult. I come here often and rarely get actual sweet tea. Please train all your staff how to make it. It can’t be that hard

I had an amazing experience at Dunkin today! The coffee was just perfect, and the donuts were fresh and delicious, as always. But what really stood out was the incredible service from the manager. She was so friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to making the experience great for everyone. I highly recommend this location! Great coffee, fantastic food, and top-notch service!

I had a great experience at this location.. the speed of service was great and order accuracy was on point and the cleanliness of the restaurant was superb. Poor service waited over 15 min and then the coffee they “found” that was mine was incorrect. Waited another 5+ minutes for a refund and in that time they could’ve remade the correct drink. They need more staff or better training.

I stopped by Dunkin’ for a quick breakfast and ended up with what I think was supposed to be a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich… but instead, I got a burnt offering to the breakfast gods.
The bacon? Oh, it wasn’t just crispy — it was cremated. Looked like it got into a fight with the grill and lost badly. I actually checked twice to make sure I wasn’t accidentally served a piece of firewood with my sandwich.
I bit into it and heard a crunch that made me question my dental insurance. And the smell? Let’s just say my smoke detector would’ve had something to say about it.

Stopped by Dunkin’ today and treated myself to an Iced Mocha Latte—and it was absolutely perfect! The drink was smooth, rich, and had just the right balance of coffee and chocolate. It was refreshing without being too sweet, and the ice kept it crisp and cool to the very last sip. The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole experience made for the perfect pick-me-up. Definitely my go-to order from now on!

This Dunkin’ is the best! The team here is always so friendly and they make my mornings easier. My coffee is always spot on, and they get it ready super fast even when it’s busy. The store is clean and welcoming, and I always leave with a smile (and usually a donut too!). Huge shoutout to the staff for always being so upbeat and helpful.
