This location has confirmed they don’t fill drinks to the top when ordering less ice, unlike other local Dunkin’s. We were told the machine wouldn’t let them, so may as well use a robot and skip the “service” if that’s the case, since trying to reason with that service logic is like arguing with a piece of drywall. Good thing it only takes a few minutes to find another Dunkin.

In the drive-thru, check your order before you leave. Make sure they actually give you the same size drink you ordered (check how full). They gave us much less than ordered.

Drive through in this Dunkin’ Donuts was really backed up. Took a long time to go through it. But the folks were nice and the food that came out was pretty good too. They just need to staff this better and with more people. This is located close to the outlet mall which makes the location great.

I ordered a large Duncin latte, I asked for light ice so they hand me a large cup halfway full. I asked him to fill it all the way to the top they say the manager says they can’t do anything but put more ice in it. So my question is if I got a hot latte how would it get all the way to the top of the container?then like put more creamer in it or something

we got two of the same drinks and they don’t taste the same at all. they were both flavored lattes, one tastes like it’s missing the flavoring, and they both taste like they’re missing espresso. also taste kind of sour.

I have been to this dunkin for years and it continues to worsen in every way possible. Although I order the same drink every time, it tastes different each time I get it. Bitter, watered down, no flavor. I go here for convenience and to save money. For the quality of coffee, saving $2 is not worth it. I recently ordered the snackin bacon and received a small bag containing 2 pieces of bacon that looked like someone gorilla gripped it so hard it turned into a ball… for $4. Save yourself the headache and go to the Human Bean down the street or even Starbucks.

The lady at the drive-thru was quite rude and unfriendly. It took more than 15 minutes to get our order, and although she mentioned they were understaffed—which I completely understand—it didn’t feel right to see her chatting casually for so long with a coworker than preparing our order while we waited in line. I was first and employee ignored and started taking order person after me I waved and said hello and she was like are you ready. She didn’t even say hello then how she knew I’m not ready and person behind is ready. I try to order hash brown and was told they don’t serve food at this time. I was disappointed that this location doesn’t serve food at 6pm. Felt like it racism.

The coffee was fine, really good even! But the snotty attitude from the person at the window was insane. I’m not exaggerating when I say, she said not one single word to me. Even after being very polite, saying thank you, etc.
Being from out of town and staying right by here, I’ll go out of my way from now on to go somewhere where they have basic courtesy.
